Awfully rude and terrible customer services from the woman who manages the store. I had made an appt around 1pm for 7:20pm. I was 4 minutes late after being stuck at a train on 3rd. She said she already had a girl in and said I cannot get my tan done due to being 4 minutes late. I was outside rushing to find my bank card and run in there. ANYWAY I can not see even if I was there 2 minutes earlier she most likely had already given up my spot. Poor customer services and I will not be going back. Not a good way to run a good business
