Restore & Rise : Reiki , Crystal healing

Vel has an energy that would put you at ease and makes you feel so comfortable. I love that she explains the process of how our session would go, since it was my first time i felt so much for relaxed not having to wonder. Reiki with Vel has allowed me to unlock parts of myself that i had blocked and gained a fresh outlook on some aspects of my life. This has become a monthly treat for me.

I never had a Reiki session done so going in I was a bit nervous. But Velarie made my experience so wonderful, from the moment I met her to the end of our session. Her vibe is so welcoming and it's so easy to communicate and connect with her. She takes her time to explain the process and things you may experience. She makes you feel as if you have known her your whole life. I would definitely come back and have already recommended her to so many of my friends and family.

Months prior to coming in, I had been dealing with a lot of emotional issues alongside childhood trauma. I needed healing and being that I was pregnant, I wanted to heal before my daughter arrived. Velarie accommodated my belly and was genuinely interested in what I was trying to heal. I fell asleep during the reiki session but woke up feeling completely refreshed. We spoke about what we were both feeling and when I got home, I broke down crying. It felt like I needed that cry since I was a kid and it felt like I was a kid crying. Since then, a lot of weight has been lifted off my shoulders and my daughter is here, happy and healthy. I would highly recommend this reiki practice with Velarie specifically because of how soft, sweet, humble and raw she is.

Amazing experience didn't have any idea what to expect the first time .Vel has a incredible way of helping you realize and tap into things that you perhaps were not even aware of.
