I like the people I dealt with at this location. They were very informative and provided us with cold bottles of water. The only thing that was difficult was I originally went to the wrong uhaul location because the there’s another uhaul location less than a block away. After waiting over 20 minutes in line at the wrong uhaul location I was then late to pick up my truck at the correct location but the staff were very accommodating and even let me keep the truck longer if I wanted to due to starting my pick up late, although I did not need the extra time.
