ServiceMaster Restore of Moose Jaw

Wonderful people, went above and beyond anything i could have dreamed of!!! Definitely recommend and would use again!!!

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Should really be investigated for fraud. By far the worst contractor i have ever dealt with. Unethical practices and shoddy workmanship. Project manager kept referring to my claim as “free money” then they tried to pay me to sign off saying they had completed work they hadn’t. Head office supported servicemaster moose jaws fraudulent business practices.

We had our sewer back up into our basement. They came right away and had it cleaned up. They were quick to fix everything that was damaged and did quality work, and were good at running me through the whole process.

I had been living in an apartment which had a roof fire, so the building owners hired them. If you use this company, check up on them regularly. They left a white film of dust on all of my belongings ,including the TV; they covered nothing while they worked. Tools were left all over the place. Wood pieces with nails sticking out were left in the middle of the room. Employees were unprofessional, negligent and disrespectful.

We cannot express our appreciation for ServiceMaster. Their quick response not once but twice. This overwhelming experience for us and ServiceMaster but they kept smiling as they worked through the multiple homes. The team worked hard and kept going for this endless situation. Sarah's hugs were the best!

My water heater blew and flooded my basement. They came in within an hour after my call and worked fast to remove all my flooring and drained all the water out. These guys work fast and left the place spotless. Amazing service!

I do not recommend hiring ServiceMaster Moose Jaw for home restoration projects. We had constant problems when they dealt with our insurance claim in spring 2019.They were painfully slow (almost never showed up on time and often showed up days or weeks late).They would never communicate or follow instructions when it didn't suit them (for example, they would repeatedly enter parts of the house that they had agreed to stay out of).IMO worst of all was the poor judgement we saw in fixing our problem. We had a burst water pipe in our kitchen wall and they didn't think it would be necessary to open up or remove many of the affected areas (the drywall will dry out with a dehumidifier put next to it" he'd say). Two months later we had a large black mold issue

The crew that came in to clean up the flood was rude and obnoxious, they were loudly and constantly swearing, burping, and other shenanigans. The crew leader was rude and didn’t communicate very well. After some miscommunication, they told me they couldn’t do the restoration because they were too busy, despite having a quote from them.

My husband and I were very pleased with the great customer service and quality of work that Servicemaster provided during our recent home renovations . Thank you to Jerry, Wyndi and your great team for providing a positive experience .

If I could give no stars I would. We've had nothing but problems with service master MOOSE JAW since we started using them back in July it took them over 7 months to replace one part of my wall in my house. We had multiple no shows and the communication was horrible. We finally got it finished thank God but they left us with this mess which was damage caused by servicre master employees. I suggest going somewhere else and saving yourself the headache, was told someone would come fix it and here we are months later with it still damaged.
