When I come here; I get decaf coffee most of the time. I don't usually eat the food as often. My rating is in regards to service.On average, decaf coffee is prepared and serviced in 5 minutes (sometimes sooner if it's already been made). But as of lately; I feel that they've been taking nearly twice as long to prepare the coffee; maybe it's ready and it's left sitting beyond the service counter and I am being forgotten about. I often have to wait 10+ minutes with nothing but an apology for the wait. At other restaurants, they may offer a coupon for a free coffee if the wait is longer than 10 minutes. This is never offered to me anymore at this location. I've had other customers ask me why it took me this long to get a coffee. I guess what I'd appreciate in the future are more updates on my coffee. I am often just standing patiently for my coffee. However, I am often picking up coffee for other people with me and THEY are the ones to actually make a vocal complaint in the restaurant if it takes longer than 10 minutes. That or I get a phone call from them telling me to hurry up thinking I'm inside secretly eating food or something. It makes the experience stressful for me but I try not to say anything to upset anyone because I know how busy it is back there. My rating could improve if service improves or if longer waits are better compensated in the future.

Went to the drive through for breakfast and they missed 2 items in our order, they looked at the receipt and didn’t charge us for one of the hash browns with one of the meals. The guy rings it up as over $2, but we had ordered it with a meal and it is cheaper to add on a hash brown to a meal, so we were up charged on the hash brown and the guy was rude about it.

Everytime we've been here the service is super slow and they seem like they don't know what they're doing. If you're waiting to pick up your order, no one bothers to come over and ask how they can help you while your items sit on a shelf in the back.

Stopped by with a group of 20+ people and had very efficient service, and it was very fast! Great clean environment. Easy 5 stars.

They often forget to ask you if you want sauce for your nuggets, and just throw in sweet and sour and always seem so annoyed with me going in to ask for my proffered kind of sauce. They have also messed up my order or forgotten parts of my order which is quite annoying.

Ordered their Triple Thick Chocolate shake. One look at it, and I knew it wasn't chocolate. The server said the machine must be out (of syrup). Replacement shake didn't taste right. Maybe not mixed right? I don't know.

Went in to get a coffee. Being winter my cup had frozen coffee in it. Told her this and that it needed to have hot water put in it to remove the frozen coffee. She looked like I was from mars for asking, so fine took to washroom to do myself. No water in washroom. So went to timmies

Open till midnight I walked in at 10:55 and wouldn’t serve me and said the drive through is open sorry but my semi truck is about 80 feet too long to fit try actually working your posted business hours never stopping here again and will encourage all my fellow drivers to boycott this location
