Highly recommend this place! After shopping for furniture all day waking into here was so refreshing. The gentlemen helping me, Emerson was so knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured at all - in fact he was raving about a product that they didn’t even have. I felt that he was genuinely wanted to help and have the best solution for myself and not him. The other staff helped us here and there and were as equally as nice. The place was super clean and well stocked and put together. Lastly, I had my dog with me and she was welcomed and I noticed that they have a sign up advertising their involvement with Zoe’s Animal Rescue. 10/10 happy with my experience.

I had a HORRIBLE experience shopping with them. Absolutely WORST customer service. Me and my husband visited them and bought a sofa set on boxing day for my house. Next day, we got it delivered and I found out that the sofa set is bit oversized and was not fitting in properly to the space. I called them right away and told them about this and asked for replacement as it was not of the adequate size. The person I spoke to told me that they cannot do returns because it was on FINAL SALE, of which we never had any clue or nobody told us first when we bought it. I insisted them again and again for the return as the sofa set was of no use to me but they were barely listening and understanding my situation. After trying hard, they started to make a deal with me that they will charge me 30% of the original price and take the sofa back if and only if I buy another sofa set from them first. In these hard times with inflation so high, people can’t afford out of the pocket. This is adding me the extra stress and anxiety. I still don’t know what should I do of it. They could have just returned it and gave me a different one and I would consider it a wonderful customer service, but this experience is so frustrating. Wish I had never heard of them. You’ve lost my business and of many around me.

This is my third time around purchasing from furniture 4 less and they always deliver the best customer service. I have zero complaints. They found us just the right mattress for a great price, met my expectations. Fast delivery and great sleep. Thanks Emerson.

Buyers be aware! If you appreciate your nerves, time and your money stay away from this outfit as far as you can. By far the worst shopping experience I had in my life. The furniture was delivered five hours late, damaged to the point I wished I didn't give away my old furniture; ripped fabric, missing parts, scratches, stains and overall low quality. The staff at the store were rude and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns they become very rude, would not listen and would talk over in raised voice, doing all to get out of thier responsibility to deliver what they promised. Not worth stress. Stay away from this store!

Purchased sofa set beginning of april 2023. Order number 23950. Sofa came damaged. No support received on replacement. Only thing we got was glued patch which is visible from distance.Customer service doesn't respond anymore.

Worst experience ever bought a sofa set and dining table. Feels like I got scammed as the 3 seat sofa has gap in it and the manager tells me that's how it's built. Missing 2 chairs out of my dining set for 2 months now. All they want from you is to keep calling and get a run around. People beware aware and spend a dime at that place. Please look at the photos seats are unaligned and the gap is intentionally put there by the manufacturer as per the manager described. Please avoid this place at all cost.

I bought a brand new faux marble table with 4 chairs, and had it delivered in mid April 2023, and had some dents/scuff marks on the table top and called it in within 24 hours, provided pictures and still have heard nothing about what they will do about it. It's so far been nearly 3 months of waiting with no definitive answer.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star.Horrible quality furniture. Horrible customer service. I don’t know how they are still in business. We spent 4000 on a 3 piece sofa set that came broken. They did not fix it. Since owning it there are a lot of broken parts on the sofas after only having it for a couple months. All we do is sit on the sofas lol The wood inside just crumbles to pieces. I suppose if we spent a little more money and went somewhere else we would have better quality furniture. You get what you pay for. So if you want more furniture for less money then this is the place to go but the quality will be HORRIBLE and you won’t be able to have anything repaired or replaced.Spend the extra money and shop somewhere else and have your furniture last years.Our furniture from furniture4less will be in a landfill by the end of this year.

The salesman Khalid was very welcoming and helpful. He got us a great deal on the big comfortable chairs for the family room . They are on order from the US . We can't wait to have them delivered . Thank you again Khalid . We recommend this place to everyone. We are senior citizens and the budget is very important.
