I’m fairly certain this business is holding my clock hostage. I’ve stopped by 3 times during “open hours” to pick it up, yet it’s always closed. Try to call and always no answer or answering machine to leave a message. Just the worst business ever.

I have a Tommy Hilfiger watch that could use a real crown. The original piece broke off. I took it to People's and they told me it would take weeks (maybe longer) to fix/get back because they would have to ship it out. Then I went to Wilson's Watch & Clock Repairs, he told me it would be fixed in a matter of days. Happy to hear it so I left it with him only to come back to an unsatisfying (to say the least) repair with a completely wrong type of crown for the watch. When I complained he said, If you don't like it
