Quote came back quick and they started . I have never dealt with a more professional company. We found out our roof literally had holes in it. The workers and company were so good to us. We could not of asked for better Service. I recommend them 200% . Not one complaint from us. Getting a new roof was a surprise to us and then finding out it was worse then we thought. Baltazar is an honest guy who did a fantastic job on our roof. He came over on the same day I called to inspect our roof, which was thankfully in a great condition, but lacked proper ventilation. After his inspection, we scheduled a time for him to come on up to install the vent. After he installed the vent, he took a post-installation video for us, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend calling Baltazar and the folks over at K-W Roofing Solutions for your roof and attic ventilation needs.

As a result of the recent windstorm, we just had our roof replaced and found Precision Roofing very professional and timely. They were one of only two roofers that even bothered to return our calls. They did an excellent job. We were very confident with Baltazar's knowledge of the business. We chose the IKO Dynasty shingle in the Drift Shake colour which really compliments our home. I am very impressed with K-W Roofing Solutions. The team started my roof at 7:30 in the morning and the roof was completed by end of the day. The men were very professional, friendly to approach appreciating the physical distance protocol for COVID-19. Safe practises were exercised throughout the whole project and my yard was totally cleaned of all roofing debris when they were finished.The team even discovered that one of our air vents on the roof had been installed wrong from the previous roofers. Just as Baltazar Gaspar, the company’s contractor had promised his Team done an exceptional job and I am happy to recommend their service to anyone who needs a new roof. Reasonable rates and great quality of materials.

I had my roof don in 2016 by Baltazar and his crew. Overall I was pleased with the services I got. I liked the fact that he had a blue print to my roof and showed me in detail of what had to be done. He pointed out that I did not have enough vents on my roof and that 4 more vents needed to be added, this really helped out with my ice dame problems during the winter time and also helped keep my home cooler during the summer time.

After coming for a free quote, Baltazar asked to see the blueprints of the house then he said he would get back to me, BUT did not. Even after many emails he just ignored them. What a joke

On the surface, everything started off great with Baltazar! I contacted him on July 25th, 2022 to inspect and fix an issue we had with a squirrel invading our house through a small gap on our soffit. He was quick to reply to me, provided a good quote (with video), and completed the work on time. Then things took a turn for the worse. We noticed that squirrels were still getting into the attic and the wire mesh that Baltazar installed came loose and the squirrels started to get into the attic again. I contacted Baltazar on 2022-09-18 about this work and even though he said he would come out to fix it he didn’t show nor respond to my follow up e-mail asking for an ETA. I had to pay someone else to repair this and discovered two issues, the first being the mesh was not secured to the roof correctly as you could move it with my hand, which explains why the squirrels were able to bend it. He also used the wrong type of mesh as the opening area still allowed a small squirrel/rodent to squeeze right through it. I understand this was a relatively low paying job, relative to re-shingling a whole roof, so not high on his list of concerns but I do expect more from a company.

KW Roofing is AMAZING!!!!! Thank you so much for your prompt attention to our issue of missing shingles.. We sent a text on Thursday evening about 6 PM, received a response within 10 minutes assuring us they could help us out, not only were they true to their word our roof was repaired within 24 hours of us contacting them. When the installer was here he explained and showed us why our shingles flew off which was a wonderful bonus (most companies come in do the job and leave) so thank you for all of it.. We highly highly recommend KW Roofing!!!!

From start to finish working with K-W Roofing was a great experience. Having options laid out by Baltazar and being able to pick and choose what best suited our needs and budget was fantastic. Travis and the crew completed the project in a quick and professional manner and it could have not gone any better. The finish is spectacular. Going with the Malarkey shingles for an eco friendly (and long lasting) option was also a major plus. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.
