My new favorite location! Convenient location with ample free parking. Modern, clean, spacious and bright store with wide selection of quality natural health products. Most importantly, excellent customer service both on the phone and in the store.Checkout cashiers and staff are very efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Definitely coming back and recommend to others!

Horrible Saturday Afternoon experience, on a Beautiful Summer day.Life is fine and wonderful. I'll point this out.The cashiers' system is broken, let me explain.The worker scans the barcode, there is a 50% discount sticker. The worker has to have a Supervisor physically enter a code to authorize the discount. There were 21 people in line, and two tills in operation. One Supervisor. It's a &#|π show. Healthy Planet, FIX your operations to authorize your staff to do simple functions! You hired them, trust them to do the job, or don't hire them. Your 2-step verification is a broken system.Probably NOT returning here!Waste of TIME.To purchase 5 items, I had to wait 12 minutes.Unacceptable waste of time for a computerized human operated system.All the best to your attempts to FIX something.

I love this healthy planet location! Afzal and Saif were such a great help in finding the supplements I needed! They were very informative and knew just the right stuff to recommend. I highly suggest everyone to go to them for your supplement needs and concerns! Will be back again!

Afzal Patel was an absolute treasure! He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me more information then I needed that was very helpful not only to me but to other people that is in the same situation as I am. His personality was so pleasant and so knowledgeable of the stores products. Wonderful young man!

The store is big, clean and has large selection of products. Gave 3 star because the lady (wore glasses and hijab) was kind of rude when I had my on-line bought products returned

I am so amazed by this store! I was looking for a specific supplement and wasn't able to find it at two other stores. I called Helath Planet before going, the lady nicely went to look and confirm its availability. Upon arriving, the employees were very helpful. There is so much selection at this store, including food products, skin, and drinks. Will definitely be coming back!

I didn't feel after my visit today that a staff member was knowledgeable on a product. I was sold a product based on false information.They did not understand that blend meant that the product is not pure, that it is actually blended with another product. So, I understand employees may not know everything in terms of label readings, but don't just say 'yes' it is pure. If you don't know for certain, please ask another employee who may be more knowledgeable or ask for a manager's assistance.

I have many reasons to recommend this store, it is very well organized, very clean, excellent light to be able to read the instructions well. It is very well located. But especially yesterday I found a girl who treated me like she had never been treated here in Canada. She dedicated all the time necessary to choose my facials. She took great care in her service, very tender and attentive to my needs. Excellent human treatment. I will not visit another Healthy Planet has won me over with their education and professionalism. She is Cici, I would love to know that they recognize her for being the way she is. She works with passion and dedication.

Yesterday I went to this location to buy two bags of vegan marshmallows with a price label that said 2 bags for 8 dollars, but when I went to the cashier she told me that the amount to pay was 6.99 each bag and I told her about the price tag and she was angry with me and we went to the shelf and she saw that I was right about the price and she asked me in a rude way to wait for her in front of the cash register. I don't understand why she was annoyed for something that was not my fault. This experience made me realize that healthy planet at Warden and Eglinton has better costumer service and Shirin. K needs to learn some customer service skills.
