Clean store, fresh food, friendly staff . What else can you ask for.

It was ok. The lady at the deli said I looked like Justin Bieber. I think she liked him, because when I said there were worse things to be called she didn't like me anymore.

I like this coop. It's older but has all you need. Plus it has a lot in this shopping area. Restaurants and fast food plus a gas station and registry.

I am a bi-daily shopper at this location! They seriously have the best customer service in the entire community, including the cannabis store and liquor store. Though a few white haired ladies could learn how to be nicer to younger men. And the deli staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the gas station staff are VERY grumpy and customer service doesn't exist there. But back to the grocery store, they are always stocked with everything they can, and if they don't have it every employee seems to know why... the 1 problem I have is being followed by all THREE floor walkers almost every time! It is almost at the point where I am going to lodge a complaint with upper management. I let the manager know and they seem to have gotten worse. I understand they have a job to do but I've been going there for over 8 years, I just wish they would realize I am a loyal customer!! Please comment in store so they know where to make the changes... the management is very pro active.

I went into the pharmacy and paid the $25 fee to have a rapid strep test. The pharmacist didn't seem to know what he was doing. He needed a tongue depressor to assist in taking the swab test. When he couldn't find one, he did the test without one anyway. He then asked me if he made enough contact with my tonsils. Isn't that something the pharmacist should know??? My throat was numb from taking lozenges, so I wasn't sure. The test results were negative, even though I told him my partner just tested positive. 3 days later, I ended up at a walk-in clinic, and the Dr. took one look at my throat and diagnosed me with Strep Throat.This test should NOT be offered if the pharmacist is not properly trained, and I should definitely NOT have been charged $25 for an improperly performed test.It's really too bad because the staff in the grocery store is amazing, I thought it would be the same for the pharmacy.

Always clean, nice staff, always a pleasure. Only thing is, I wish they brought back their bottle return program for empty beer and pop.

There are a lot of stuff there but the store is not organized well with large signs. It is hard to know how to find what you want

I've been coming to Forest Lawn Co-op for twenty-two years now. The staff is great, present and all way asking if they can help. you.

Beautiful store. Use to go here everyday however now I see they have pathetic secret shoppers that profile people and act like they arent stalking them while they are on their phones hiding behind groceries like kids playing cops n robbers. Absolutely pathetic. The store manager should be ashamed. These shoppers you hired are jokes. Like come on man. Everytime I go in I will blow their cover loud and clear giving uou a heads up now.

The staff led me to believe that some random guy was following this woman (making me fear for her safety). I asked the man and customer service if the man worked for the store as security , they led me to believe he wasn’t. I told staff to call police on this man for following the woman and went to talk to the woman, told her a random guy was following her that wasn’t security. This obviously got her worried that someone was after her and made her fear her own safety aswell. I told her I’d walk her out to make sure she is safe and asked another staff to walk us out, still thinking this man is trying to harm her . Showed the picture of the man to these staff and everyone seemed shocked he was following her. She left and I went back in the store to pick up the couple groceries I needed, trying to avoid this man now because I think he could be upset with me for helping her (he was still at the front of the store when I walked in) and he walks up to me & tells me to get out of the store (without explaining who he is ) and follows me to the aisle I need and then to the front…. I am TERRIFIED that some sketchy guy that was following this woman for who knows what reason is now following me and telling me to get out of the store... I finally manage to find out he is an LPO from the lady checking me out at the till.I request to speak with a manager and she explains that they are just doing their job, next time ask to speak to a manager to clear things up and that I did great to look out for another woman like that. I agree that they are doing their job but when you have a worried woman saying a man is following another woman and requesting 911, there should be management stepping in and requesting to speak with me to clear this up rather than letting me be scared out of my mind . I left the store shaking and in tears from everything that happened and being so overwhelmed. Super disappointed that they allowed it to escalate that far.
