Alligator Party Rentals

Really bad experience with this company. Rented them for a event. Firstly, the owner/guy who picked up the phone was very rude and unneccessary sharp with his tone. The day of drop off, he gave us a open window of when they were to drop it off (7:30-12) Since the event was downtown and we didn't live downtown, we asked for a more narrow time and he said it will most likely be closer to 7:30 am. We got up at 6:30am that morning to meet with them and they didn't show up till 10:45am. When we kept calling for update, the owner would answer the phone rudely and basically told us it is what it is. We were beyond frustrated and would never use this service again. Tables were nice but not worth the rudeness and hassle.

Nice array of equipment to rent, however their open hours are restricted to between 8:30 to noon, because Covid-19 has suppressed customer demand.

Owner is a complete clown, don't use this business. You've been warned.

Rented glassware for a party last weekend - my 4th or 5th time renting from them and have always had a good experience. This time they really went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute change of pick-up date and location. They are very easy to deal with and have a wide selection of glassware and other party items to rent. My only quibble is their hours are quite restricted and they are not open on weekends - hope that will change soon!

Believe the negative reviews below. Clearly this company doesn't care about quality service. The reason why they have stock available is probably because they don't get customers. Every other place I called, they aren't taking any more orders. I called as I have an event next week and I've never ordered from a rental company before. I don't know how it works or what the process is like. When I was asking questions he hung up on me. I called back and asked what the final cost would be...his exact words The table is $12 and what did I tell you the cost would be for the chairs...$2 so 2x20 is $40" this bitter attitude you just have to laugh off and not do business with. Who ever runs this place needs to get slapped up and learn to respect people who call in."

Good: price and locationBad: hours, customer service, no mask on when picking upinserts I paid for fell in chafer when anything was put in it. When I politely pointed it out the man in charge shrugged as if to say, too bad I got your money.Would not rent there again. Chafers couldn't even heat up because the tray released all the steam and a butane burner is almost the same price to buy from Canadian Tire and the same quality.Payment was annoying too.

I really don't know why I went back here since my previous experience was equally terrible. Guess I thought it might have been an off day for the person I dealt with however that was clearly not the case. The entire staff is rude and clearly do not care about 'customer service' because they know they have the cheapest rates so they don't have to be courteous.The only person who was even moderately pleasant was the woman who helped me load my car. The men at the counter treated me like I was a complete inconvenience.When I returned the equipment it was raining heavily and the guy in the warehouse side--who was wearing a raincoat--just stood there as I brought things in myself. I had to ask him for help.I don't care that they are less expensive than other rental houses, I will never return here and will gladly pay more to be treated with a slight bit of common courtesy.

Had a very straightforward and positive experience with Alligator Party Rentals. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite and the pick up/drop off was very easy. I ordered 3 large chafing dishes and everything I needed was included. The warmers kept our food hot despite having an outdoor event. Looking forward to using them again!

Worst service ever and the rudest staff ever. I was surprised that the 6 table is not folding that put me in such a stressful situation trying to find a bigger car and asking people around!such a rough time :( and I had a small baby with me but seriously I have never expected this is the type of service you get. They guy literally told me I can not stand figuring out what you have to do with your delivery
