2 out of 5 for their quantity. But not the tastier option in the town. In fact the worst shawarma plate in KW taste wise. But the best in quantity wise. I just got a pack filled with rice fries and chicken mixed in sauce. No pickles or turnip. The hot sauce is just Chilli powder mixer I'm water/oil.Edit- Tried them again and changing rating from 2 to 3. Still surprised by their quantity. It is really a LOT. But the hot sauce is again chilli powder+ water. That's the only reason for not making it 4 out of 5

Messed up half our order.. and there was a hair in our food. Not a good 1st experience.There were 3 people working here and it got pretty busy. They were getting backed up. We ordered 6 items and 3 of them were messed up when we opened our boxes at homeWe ordered a beef salad which we never got and a chicken salad which was done wrong (mild allergy issues).another beef dinner needed up with extra meat that we didn't order. So half of our order was done incorrectly. Very disorganized.The main reason for was that all 3 people were working on the same order and they were constantly opening and closing our boxes and making changes cause they were quite disorganized. It would have been much better if one person packed each order ticket so it didn't get messed up. We were really looking forward to the dinner and were very disappointed when we got.home that 3 people didn't get what they wanted.The other 3 dishes were done well and were ok.Also their staff don't wear hair nets, which resulted in hair in one of our dishes.SoA poor experience overall.

Not what it used to be!Half n half is just full of rice with tiniest amount of fries, in both boxed we ordered.Their spicy sauce is not the same. None of it is the same.

This place has become a joke. The quantity in a Regular box is still the same but now it’s 95% rice, a few pieces of chicken, and way less garlic sauce. I think they changed the hot sauce too cause now it tastes like some generic grocery store brand. I’m not paying $13 to eat basically what is a container of rice.

The best Lazeez location I’ve tried. Customer service is fantastic. They offered some suggestions to make our wrap even better and made sure we were happy with our order. Very friendly and kind owners. Beef shawarma wrap was actually spicy and fresh, fries were crispy and were great with some garlic sauce on top. Chicken on the rocks was loaded with chicken and sauce. Will definitely be back!

To end a not soo great day, with the tastiest comfort food, is the best way to go. We love the quantity, quanlity and all the flavors of this place. Chicken on rocks our favorite, and poutine is amazing as well, definitely worth it.

I went in yesterday and got the combo for 4And I can honestly say best bang for your buck shawarma I've had in a long time!! it's very good quality food and it's a very good priceIf you haven't been here try it I would say it rates in the top 10 in the Waterloo region and thats saying a lot cuz I go to 1 place new almost every week. There's only one negative that I could see and it pains me to say that they're hummus isn't that good but I could live with that they're hot sauce is awesome the toppings were awesome and the shawarma was very flavorful I say if you haven't tried it try it today....
