When we experienced a sudden death in our family in Bosnia, they found and issued our air tickets in 10 minutes for very reasonable price since to travel the same day. All Season Travel is my go-to agency for plane tickets to Belgrade. I have been their client for years. Great, personalized service, I feel like a family. I have been dealing with Nikolina mostly, but any agent I dealt with was great. Highly recommended.

One of the employees here must really hate her job. Asking her any questions is a huge inconvenience to her. She rushes you off the phone. I understand you may be busy but so are all of us. Your job is customer relations and if answering questions annoys you so much perhaps you shouldn't work with clients.

Anita and her team from All Seasons Travel helped us book our two week trip to England and Ireland. As usual, they have us useful suggestions. Once in England, our flight to Ireland was cancelled a day before. The problem was that we had to be in Dublin on time to join an organized group and there was no time buffer. Anita was efficient, professional and persistent and she got us on another flight, which was actually better for us. It was more expensive, but we did not need to pay anything extra. I read the reviews of this agency and decided to give them a try. I needed help with a large bachelorette. Someone agreed to help me and it started off optimistic but after a few exchanges the worker completely ghosted me- stopped responding to my emails and phone call.Something may have happened but clients should be taken of in some capacity even just an email to let me know I couldn’t be assisted anymore.The emails and waiting and realized I was dropped just wasted my time.
