We contacted Allen after our fridge stopped working. He was able to diagnose the issue by asking a few specific questions, and was able to tell us honestly whether it was worthwhile ordering a replacement part. He was able to order the replacement part and repair the issue within 48h, and kept clear communication with everyone involved. Very grateful to have come across his services and would definitely recommend him to others. I would also use Allen again if any future repairs arise.

I'm usually skeptical of online reviews but when backed into a corner recently when my fridge stopped working, I gravitated to Toronto Appliance Repairs because of the reviews. I wasn't disappointed!Allen was responsive and knew the basics of my fridge just from my description while we were talking on the phone. He outlined the possible issues and subsequent resolutions from least expensive to the most expensive.Allen arrived when he said he would, fully diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back when he said he would. Lots of communication throughout the process, in addition to professionalism and reliability.Thankfully for me, my fridge needed a very basic and affordable repair - closer to the least expensive of the options Allen initially outlined. And the repair is warranted for 1 year!I would recommend Allen and his team for sure!

Had an excellent experience with this company. Called them out for my washer and oven. Both were diagnosed the same day and very efficiently fixed the next day! The technician was thorough with his diagnostic and he also kept me in the loop the entire way with very detailed explanations on what he’s doing and what the issue is. It certainly wasn’t a same day repair but I did pay a same day price. Allan is easy to talk to and he seems to do his best to get a technician to your house but it took time for that. On top of that I had to wait for the part to be shipped. Now this may just be as a result of my dishwasher being old and perhaps your experience will be a bit smoother. All things considered, it was expensive and timely. My dishwasher works again but I have mixed feelings about my experience. 3 stars seems fair

Amazing customer service, and excellent diagnosis rates. Was able to help me get my fridge working during a heat spell and a super busy time. Great communication and an absolute professional. Would recommend any time.

This has been a great experience for us. Allan, the owner is extremely professional & an honest individual. Our service technician Enock was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend them, and am very likely to give them a call if and when (hopefully not) I need repair service in the future!

Although I didn’t use their service as another company came before them, Allen was most helpful in assisting me to navigate the issue I was having with my built in fridge. His character just shows that he’s conducting an honest business and has no intention of undermining his competitors. Thank you Allen!

So my review is a bit late but here we go. We contacted this company because the freezer in our fridge wasn't working, the gentleman was very helpful and informed us that our brand wasn't something he could repair because they don't carry the specialized parts. Normally you'd expect the interaction would stop there but he made some suggestions for us to try and even asked us to send the serial number to see if he can help. The suggestion he made actually worked and our freezer has been fine ever since. The reason they will have our business going forward is because they just didnt leave us high and dry and went above and beyond.
