Don't waste your time. Picked up computer was in worser condition than when I dropped it off......

I don't think this is an actual business. It hasn't been open in about 3 months and they do not seem interested in doing repairs if you do catch someone in. Don't bother.

I had a drive failure with a backup. Joseph installed a new hard drive and put my information on an external and internal drive so I could use my computer again. He explained how to possibly prevent this in the future and gave me more ideas for back up strategies. The price was extremely affordable. Thank you Oasis!

Joseph had our second pc for over 5 months. In this time there was very little communication on his end. He never contacted us to give us any updates, we always had to call him for any information about his progress.In a discussion he and I had (about the 4.5 month mark) I asked about the progress and he told me he forgot to order the part we needed to make the pc functional and if we wanted we could pick it up.Towards the end of our experience, I called. Nobody answered so I went to the shop to speak with him in person, but nobody was there and the shop was closed, so I called and left a message.It took about 2 weeks for him to call me back. In that two week period, my husband called and spoke with him about our next steps, at which time we agreed that would would pick it up the following Monday (Originally Friday, but something came up and we were unable to pick up Friday) but when my husband went to pick up on Monday, the shop was closed and nobody was answering the phones... again. No matter what time we called. (We only stopped by the shop once, so we wouldn't waste time or gas.)Granted, he may be running a busy business, it just seems like things are very disorganized in this shop.In the end, we brought home a working PC, but it was a difficult process.He is a really nice guy, super kind, but we won't be using his services again.Edit** not a huge deal, but when my husband went in to fix something else unrelated afterwards, a lot of our thumbscrews were missing.

I gave one star, but it deserved a 1 1/2 quarter of a star. So unprofessional, returned the MacBook to me with bumps (you know MacBook material are made out of the quality aluminum) and the bumps were obvious all around the MacBook like he didn’t care about his customers. He returned the MacBook to me and later I realized that it had really bad bumps to a point where it seemed he used a screwdriver and forced himself around the Macbook and scratched it. And returned it to me without mentioning anything and when I called him he said that I may have dropped it on my way out. Very dirty man and dishonest and unprofessional.
