November 2021 4★Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, with entrances both inside and outside the mall, this large footprint location offers a huge selection of toys and baby items.Place is clean and organised. Toys can be a bit pricier, but they are very competitive and offer a price match.Baby selection is very good too. Worth the visit.

Best experience here at the Vaughan mills location. My wife needed a stroller and a car seat. Cousin was telling me to go in and ask for sadiqa because she’s really helpful. Sadiqa was really helpful with showing different strollers and showing all the features. I’ve been going in and I had the best experience!!

Toys R Us is always a kid favourite, carrying a variety of action figures, musical toys, board games, bikes, vehicles, sports gear and video games. They carry the latest toys based on current shows.Half of the store is dedicated to Babies R Us. There is a decent offering of rocking chairs, strollers, car seats, baby clothings, potties and infant bottles. If you signup for a baby gift registry, they provide a bag of coupons and samples.

Julian was super friendly and helpful with the selection of toys for my kids. He took his time to explain different variations of an educational toy to my kids and he was very kind & patient while doing it. It is hard to see this level of client service in these days. Hope this review will get passed on to Julian from his supervisors/managers as he truly deserves to be notified!! Thanks again Julian.

I had been working with this team since October, and I must say that the work environment has been impeccable. All of the managers, namely Danu, Raj, Adele, and Casy, have been exceptionally supportive of my work, and both Sarah and Adele, who are the managers responsible for overseeing our team's progress, have displayed a wealth of knowledge about their job.Throughout my tenure, I have constantly strived to learn and develop my skills further in this positive atmosphere, which has been an incredibly enriching experience. This five star rating is not for Toys r us but for a very polite and friendly cashier named Laura.Laura was my cashier and she gave me such a great experience, she was very knowledgeable and friendly with my son.My son was so happy with his experience as well, smiling all the way to our car.Thanks again Laura for giving us such an unforgettable experience !

Purchased the Evenflo Ex-Shyft TS Moonston stroller system floor model at the Vaughn Mills Toys R Us, just the stroller system without the infant car seat, manuals, and original packaging. Was told by the associate, Adele, that the car seat we already had, Evenflo Nurture Max, was fully compatible with this stroller system and also by emailing copy of the receipt to Evenflo, I would be able to claim manufacturer warranty.Unfortunately I didn't have the infant car seat with me and she didn't have a NutureMax in stock to try out, so I took her word for it. It was final sale and non-refundable, which was fine as she seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy.Not only was our car seat incompatible (confirmed by Evenflo), but that any floor model was void of warranty support by my inquiry to Evenflo.Hello Peter

I went in for the evenflo breast pump, only the model was on the floor so Sara went and got me one from the back. Laura completed my transaction, I didn’t have the item in my registry so I wasn’t able to get the 10-15% off but they were able to add in a coupon $10 off. Great customer service. Both very polite. Love this location.
