Went here for eyebrow threading. They changed the technician recently and the new one is not very good. She used a very harsh thread and the whole experience was painful. I left with 4 bloody cuts on my eyebrows. She missed a few hairs as well but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to do any more damage. She spent less than 8 minutes on my eyebrows. Did not apply any products before or after to make the process less painful. No clean up either (left with hair all over my face). Really unequipped studio. Worst $14 I’ve spent on eyebrows - honestly would recommend others to spend a few more dollars to go somewhere more professional.

Love this salon. Came here for years then moved far away, didn’t have luck with new salons I tried and now I make the trip to come back here because it’s unmatched. Everyone is so friendly, nail technicians are pros and very respectful and great results every time. Bonus: the owner herself, Rina, is wonderful and so welcoming, and is really knowledgeable with colors, mixes and designs.

Avoid if you want your cuticles treated properly…I was very happy with the gel/overlay manicures until my last appointment last Friday at 5pm. Hannieh cut my cuticles with scissors (first one to do this!) to the point that 2 of my fingers were bleeding, one of them is still bleeding today, my nails were trimmed even shorter than what I had requested, my nails are all uneven length (my thumb was filed down to my skin), when I left I still had chipped nail bits under my nails, and the gel started chipping on the next day. I have my wedding in April and have been growing out my nails for that as I was a compulsive nail biter for 20+ years, I was very happy with my progress and everything was ruined in one appointment. To top it all off, when I asked if I could get ombré nails for my wedding, it wasn’t possible anymore because the technician who could do this service wasn’t there anymore (not their fault, but I was pretty upset by then).Very disappointed because I’ve been there quite a handful of times, every 3 weeks for gel and/or overlay, tipped generously, etc.I was going to get all my nail services done there for my wedding for my mother and I. I cancelled everything, nobody seemed to care on the phone and just gave me attitude when I cancelled. It was off to a great start, but now I will never go back.

The service was alright, what we could expect for basic manicures. I went twice, a few days after my second visit one of my nails chipped. I called to have a appointment to fix that one and only nail. When I ask about the price, they change subject. After multiple times asking, I hear that only the manager could tell on the degree of chipping and that they would most likely need to redo completely my nails (all 10 of them) and that would cost me full price. Never going back again...

I hate doing this, but this place is just not it anymore. I drive all way from saint constant (south shore) to this nail place because we all know the struggle of finding a good nail salon. The owner is actually sweet and professional, but todays service and experience from a specific nail tech was just so bad. I had to ask her to refile my nails multiple times because they weren’t straight and guess what I came back home and still had to file and fix my nails. I didn’t like the colour I chose because it looked uneven and ugly once applied, so I asked her politely midway if I could change the color, she somehow took it personally. After choosing my new colour she took the samples and THREW them on the table behind her. Again I was polite and nice to her the whole time!!! She wasn’t even focused on my manicure she was so distracted she kept looking around and she was way more interested in the client beside me who had a broken nail. The manicure and polish application were both done poorly and rushed. I didn’t want to believe all the recent negative reviews, but I learned my lesson and I won’t be going back. I was excited to get my nails done before a trip, unfortunately she just ruined my day. I came back home and redid them myself.

I came here as walk-in, make a phone call 10mins before I got here. Two girls started to help me together and got really effective and high quality work done. Also my phone was dying and they gave me charger.I chose 3 colors and got glue for my broken thumb nail and they helped me remove my old polish all for $46 (before taxes) really fair priceLOVE my new nailDefinitely gonna go there for next time!

I have been a client of this institute for months and my last experience was not good.I came for an eyebrow and upper lip threading (18$) but the result was very disappointing...The esthetician left out a lot of hair above my lips as well as above my eyebrows. I didn't notice this in the institute because the light there was catastrophic... I had to finish the job at home with tweezersI regret having left a tip for this service.
