I have been a customer for years now. Dr. Koh does a thorough, well done eye exam. When I've had eye issues, which unfortunately has been a few times recently, she's been able to see me on a relatively quick basis. The store itself carries great frames, and they've introduced me to perscription swimming eyewear which was life changing for me being able to take my kids to the pool without worry.It's a nice, friendly little clinic that takes great care of me as a customer.

Dr. Ivy Koh is great. She is so thorough in her examination and doesn't rush. She took the time to address all my concerns and answer questions... even hypothetical ones...lol. The office is very clean and modern and has more than just basic equipment if you want a more detailed picture of your eye health. I also brought my son here a couple years ago as a toddler and she is great with kids. I would highly recommend!

Dr Koh gave a patient listening to all my concerns about my vision issues and then did a thorough detailed examination of both eyes to assess my condition. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Specs & Spines. Dr Koh was excellent: she did a comprehensive exam and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Her technician was also wonderful and made the whole eye exam experience painless and comfortable. The offices are very clean and inviting. What an amazing team. They are so welcoming , they take their time, don't make you feel rushed, and make sure to explain what they are doing and why. They are great with young children, they made the experience fun and educational for my toddler's first eye exam. The staff is so polite, friendly and make you feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone to go see for all your family's eye health needs!

This has to be one of the most positive customer experiences that I've ever had! I had gone in for a comprehensive eye examination. The staff are warm and friendly and Dr. Koh is incredible - she takes you through the whole examination and explains everything. She clearly knows her stuff and leads from the front! Very, very personable - I felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend within minutes of arriving! The practice has modern diagnostic equipment, including OCT for retinal examination. It's impeccably clean and well-organized and there was no pressure to buy glasses that I didn't need. They handle automated insurance billing so you couldn't have a less complicated experience. Although this appointment was for myself, I'm certain that this is the place that you'd want to bring your kids for their eye examinations. I love the idea that this is a local small business that I can support, so I'll certainly be recommending it to everyone who needs an optometrist and I'll be back in two years for my next check-up. Keep up the fantastic work, Dr. Koh!
