Worst customer service ever! I definitely agree with the other reviews that the two service women are bias towards any one who looks international. Especially the white woman who has a very rude tone and a look of disgust if it is your first time. Nonetheless, do not let that rude woman ruin your day or make you a bad person. Treat her with respect and respectfully tell her she needs to fix her attitude and treat customers equally regardless of skin colour. It is unfortunate the great name of Canada Post is being tarnished by this woman and her rude attitude and extremely poor customer service.

Rude and flustered staff, I'll give it an off-day because perhaps it was incredibly busy on a Monday afternoon. Wanted to end calls as quickly as they started with no hint of care, had a lot of attitude and assumed I was an international student.

I always have a good experience here. Been going to this specific location for years, as I process a lot of online sales. One of the staff here knows me as a regular and always goes out of her way to help. I can see how some would think the staff come off as rude, but they're not. You have to understand they work in a pretty fast-paced/stressful environment. Sometimes the onus is on you to talk to them in a friendly manner. You don't know what kind of customer they might've had right before. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you.

I have my Flex Delivery set to this location, so I am here fairly often. Although very busy around 5:00pm on weekdays, the staff are always quick, efficient and friendly. I have been helped by 4 different employees over the course of this time and have never had an issue.

One of the worst places ever! The two women there are extremely rude and I went there twice just to make sure this wasn't just them having a bad day or something. I saw that they clearly treated both customers before me in a very nice manner, but once I interacted with them in two separate occasions, they were very rude. I agree with the other comments on them having a problem with anyone who looks international. They should check themselves for implicit bias. Definitely will NEVER go back there again.

SADA was incredibly rude, leaving me mid-conversation several times because she was ‘unable to help’.Having an item delivered to the post office is supposed to be less of a hassle than having it stolen while you’re not home. I wish I had taken my chances, rather than being forced to deal with this person who is evidently miserable.

If I could rate this half a star or less, I would. The customer service is terrible and everyone seems like they’re constantly having a bad day and doesn’t care about anything at all. They are unable to use professional judgement whatsoever or think outside of the box when ‘solving’ issues. Seriously don’t go here…like ever.

Jan 9 3:00 pm. Cheery hill canada post.Really bad service. I return item ,box ready shipping label ready.3 boxes and 3 labels.The lady service said i need tap the label myself.but shipping bag is different than regular.i said i dont have tap. She said u can buy from here..so i left.And i go fanshwe park rd and wonderland rd canada pist. There is a guy service. He help me ship them.
