I get many compliments on my nails. She did exactly what I wanted and no nicks or cuts on my cuticles. I asked for black French tips and a snowflake and she amazed me! I’ve also gotten a pedicure from here and it lasted forever!

It begun when I first stepped through the salon doors, immediately met with a gush of happiness like no other. They were so kind and welcoming, i felt so respected and appreciated. They immediately rushed me to a chair and pampered me. Safe to say, i was beyond impressed with the impeccable service that they had provided. 5/5 will go again.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. Had such a terrible experience! The lady was incredibly ignorant; kept getting up and walking about in the middle of doing my nails, was incredibly forceful and twisted my fingers to the point of cracking the knuckles. She never once asked me what shape I wanted my nails, just filed them whichever way she felt. I literally got to my car and filed my nails to the shape I wanted them, not caring about the damage I would do to the paint, that was just slopped on. I’ve just recently moved to the area within the past eight months, and I will gladly drive back to London to Fantastic Nails and Spa, for any further nail appointments. I had high hopes for this place considering the reviews, but clearly not everyone gets the same treatment. They don’t even provide the hand massage after a manicure like they advertised. Worst. Nail Salon. By. Far.

This salon is incredible! Came here to get my lash extensions done, which are always amazing, and decided to try out the dip powder nails! Service was wonderful, staff are very friendly and willing to teach you about the product and how it can help promote nail health. In love with the results, my nails are exactly how I wanted them, and they are very comfortable as well! Will definitely be returning for this service and would highly recommend checking this place out! Prices are very affordable as well!

I visited VN Nails with my daughter. We both got biogel with gel polish. The salon itself is very chic looking, with a lot of selection for colour. The service itself is very lengthy but was very quick compared to other places we’ve been. Price wise was also on par for what I’ve paid other places. Hannah was a perfectionist and my nails look great. Highly recommend, will update with how they hold up.

I had my nails done yesterday by Hannah, she was awesome. Very kind, and personable and did a great job with my request for a nail design. The salon is also very clean, and had a great atmosphere. I would recommend them for sure to others, and I'll definitely be going back.

Normally, I get my nails done somewhere else, but the past two times I have wanted a manicure and pedicure, I have come here because it was not only convenient, but my sister also adores this place. I must say that both my visits have not been the best...On my last visit, my manicure and pedicure were a little painful, but my nails ended up looking nice. My main issue was that one of my toes was sore for about a week or two; it was just very red and painful. I have never had that happen after a pedicure before.Today, as much as I appreciate the work of the person who did my manicure and pedicure, I am just not thrilled with my nails... I now have painful little cuts on my fingers from too much trimming, there are air bubbles on some of my nails, my toenails look uneven, etc. It also took a very long time; maybe 2 hours or so.My sister's nails always look great, so I am not sure if it's just my bad luck or who she books appointments with... I think I'll stick to my usual place. If we weren't running late to an appointment, I probably would have asked to have some nails redone, but I just didn't have the time. This also doesn't feel or look like something I paid $90+ for... it looks like I bite my nails now...
