We got our home and auto insurance from Sterling. They take care of their customers in extremely professional manner by offering amazing prices, always have a quick response with best advise. For instance, a few time we change our addresses and once we changed the car they immediately updated information. Once, they advised to use a system that will track the driving style and we can get discount and it was hard to believe but we got 23% of discount. There were many companies in the market and it was difficult for us to decide which company to select but I strongly believe that it was excellent decision to acquire insurance from Sterling. Based on our experience we have strong recommendations for Sterling insurance.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Extremely unprofessional, uneducated brokers. Dealt with Asad Chaudhery to cancel my father's policy effective renewal. First of all, he did not confirm over the phone the effective date of cancelation. He then sends a blank form to sign, which my father signed and returned to the broker assuming it would be for renewal. Asad took the liberty of putting the cancelation date the day phone call took place. When we called to have this corrected not only was he extremely rude but wouldnt admit that he as a broker failed to do his due diligence and confirm the actual date of cancelation. I requested to speak with a supervisor but he wouldn't allow me to speak with a supervisor as apparently he is the supervisor. I asked if all of their calls are recorded and requested yesterday's call to be pulled up and reviewed. He said he doesn't want to waste anymore of his time on me. Of course he knew if call was pulled he would have to admit to his mistake of not confirming the effective date of cancelation. Rude, Disgusting, unethical behavior. Save yourself and find another broker.
