Very friendly staff and helped I'm narrowing down or decision on what vehicle we were looking for. Chris was great to deal with, in sales. And Jeff in the financial department explained all our options and made the financing very stress free.

Mat pilot sells cars that are low quality . He tried to sell a car with the tires below. I do not recommend working with him. Devon lies and said his warranties were competitive . I bought a 2018 GMC Terrain 3 months ago, they sold it to me, I found the front grill cracked, they did fix it. My oil I find out hasn't been changed in a long time, the vehicle said 25% but oil light came on, so now am at Super Lube and they said I had less than a leter. Like I know it was bought used but I am still paying over $23,000 for it. How do you not check these things before selling a vehicle to someone. I couldn't be more upset and feel like I am just another # to them. The service department is amazing though.

Synopsis - . The dealership is out to milk you for every dollar but it appears that's the culture at Chevrolet GMC Birchwood. The ethics and integrity to the process is very questionable. This is the 5th car I've purchased from a dealsership in my life and it's by far the most shady experience I've had. Bad quality - i had to haggle to get tires that we’re not almost illegal. DO NOT sign the car agreement unless you want to buy the car. In Manitoba it's a legal contract. I said i was not ready to purchase the car until i talked with finance because it was at the top of my budget and i needed the end number. He told me it was only to move to the next step, i believed him and i signed. i had no idea it was a contract . Shadey people here . Way Overpriced Finance products - this location can do one thing that you can't - get a good finance rate. That's it. Don’t buy anything else from finance it’s cheaper online . Service guy - I wish i caught his name but what a solid dude.

Replace for purchasing your new GM truck. Low key no pressure and a quality sales experience.I'm thinking of purchasing a new Denali and if I did then I probably would purchase it to your all things being equal.

they call you every day when your buying. but after you buy you can't get in touch with anyone. customer service is awful. I'm still waiting for someone to call me.

I dealt with Liam, Franz, Brandon and Judy all 4 were very friendly, honest and upfront with me about what they knew and didn't know. They got me answers to all my questions. Very easy process to test the car and no pressure to make the purchase. I was about a week making my final decision and was never called and told that they needed my decision. I definitely would recommend checking out this dealership before purchasing anywhere else. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Thank all of you again.
