I switch my home alarm system to intelife . My sale representative named Jacob was great guy. He was friendly and punctual. We met in appointment and the deal he offered to me was what I am looking for. I am satisfied with what I got the package deal which include new equipments , better service and affordable plan. I am very happy my home is protected by modernized security system.

I moved into my new house in Edmonton a few months ago and I’ve had a couple of salesmen from different security companies drop by since then. They tried to sell me their systems but they had extremely high prices and pushy sales tactics which made me not want to do business with them. Then recently, Salim Khan from Intelife Security dropped by my home and he was very professional and unlike the guys from other companies. He was knowledgeable and he knew what he was talking about. He was also super understanding when it came to what we particularly wanted for our house. He did not impose anything on us, just guided us through the process on how the system works and what our options were in terms of packages. He also answered all our questions patiently. I’m really happy overall with the company and Salim, his professionalism and kind nature was what made me want to get the system from Intelife. Plus the extremely competitive pricing he offered was just the cherry on top. Also, the fact that he spoke to us in our native language warmed my heart. It was really nice just conversing with him in general. I’m incredibly pleased with the company.P.S., I got a fully loaded package with cams, locks, a doorbell, and it was still lower than what other companies quoted me for basic security systems. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have attempted to contact them multiple times due to our truck being broken into and it's been over a week now with no response. When you call their customer service nobody ever picks up. If you want a security system whom actually gives a crop about their monitoring system then this is NOT the company for you.

I recently got a system from Intelife and they were very knowledgeable about security. The rep, Sean, showed me how I could view people from my doorbell camera and be able to receive notifications for anything from my phone app. He was very polite and gave me a great deal and installed it the same day. The installer was also very helpful, I would recommend this company to all my friends.

DO NOT GET INTELIFE.They do not tell you when you sign the contract that it is for 4-5 years. They also don't tell you about their cancelation policy. Which you have to pay out your contract and since it was such a long one we had to pay $960. We cancelled because we moved to a different area and since their management doesn't have it together we could'nt transfer our contract to the new people who bought our house because they don't have a sales team? This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Even when we did have their security system. The system had so many faults and gave us more of a headace then making us feel safe. Once again. DONT GET INTELIFE.

I've been with Intelife for almost a year and I've had absolutely no complaints.The app is super easy to use and I feel alot safer about my house since purchasing.Anytime I have a question or need anything their extremely kind administrative assistant has been able to help me out right away!Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for any form of home security.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! All the 1 star reviews you can easily tell are real profiles with real people behind them. All the 5 star reviews were unlawfully posted BY THE EMPLOYEES (there are only about two dozen by the way, really small company it’s kinda sad they think they can get big by scamming people)! Listen to your gut instinct, there’s probably a sweaty, sleazy sales person trying to shove this product down your throat and you had the intellect to check the reviews. GOOD FOR YOU! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION! If you want a good security system go with ADT.

I recently changed security companies as Sean was very helpful in setting up a great, competitive package that had more features for less. He was not pushy. Nathan installed the new system (with a trainee, Mohammed) who were very friendly and professional. They installed everything and went through the system after installation to ensure I understood it. They weren't annoyed with all the questions I had and provided advice on various scenarios.It's great to have a local provider with their office downtown. So far any calls I've made have been helpful and straightforward.Recommended if you're looking for a security/automated house system.

I purchased a new security system from Intelife because I really wanted the automation side around the door locks and lights. The salesperson showed me the phone app which is excellent. I was not planning on getting the thermostat as the one in my house is pretty new. But I ended up getting it as well once she explained the money savings and being able to have it cut the temp down when I leave the house automatically. I am looking forward to seeing the reductions on my next gas bill. They were able to schedule the installation of my system on the same day and were done in just about an hour which was nice. The technician Adam took the time to review the system after he installed it and showed me how to set up the phone app. Overall, a really good experience and have been playing with it since. I may go back and have them install the video doorbell as well since we miss the UPS guy all the time too. I am amazed at how much technology has advanced over the years.

I had a great experience with the company. Fast service from start to installation. It works great. They worked with my schedule and it was all installed cleanly and without a hitch. My rep Jacob really cares about the company and took care of me as a customer in every way. He went over the features and benefits and ways to help me get the most out of my system in the most cost effective way possible!
