Worst location for Avis rental. Run as fast as you can. They will steal from you with no shame. They gave me the car with 7/8 fuel tank and i brought it back at 7/8 fuel tank. They charged me for the fuel not being full. They shady thing about it is they charge you after you leave their office so you do not notice or complain. Lucky enough for me, my ride took longer to come and I noticed a new receipt with a different amount and went back to challenge the charge. They were so rude and kept arguing the car is not full. All the customer reps including the lady and the guy washing the car started shouting at me. What helped at the end is that I had a photo of the odometer at pickup and a drop off. They have no shame to change $9 a gallon even in this inflation period who is paying for that amount for gas. They will steal from you in broad day light and they bank on the fact that customers dont really pay attention to their bill. The worst part is they were not willing to engage and understand and all of them in a chorus told me to go call customer service. Please go to another location even if its further away.

Frustrating terms. Unclear guidance. They tried to give me a car with a large dent and broken plastic on mirror…good thing I caught it or they would have charged me. Fuel tank full when received fuel tank full on return. They don’t care, they will charge by the mile for gas not by the fuel gauge. Would not recommend.

The customer service here unfortunately wasn't the best. Even though we got a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse, the car looked dated, and honestly, run down, as it already did over 90,000 miles in less than 2 years. When we expressed this to the guy working at Avis, he sarcastically said i had no idea you guys worked at Mitsubishi showrooms". Totally unnecessary."

These guys worked well above and beyond the normal call of duty. Stayed 30 minutes late after closing and allowed my transaction to electronically post so that I could get my vehicle before they could go home. Very much appreciated! That’s the best you could treat a customer and even better was their attitudes! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever.When I rented a car there was a 200 dollar deposit placed on my account, which the old guy that works there did not explain at all. He just assumes you know everything about car rentals.One week into the rental I noticed that the car had no mats when I tried to clean it. I went into the location the get mats and explain to him. He said “our car don’t have mats”. However, two friends also rented the same car there and it had mats. Once I said that he said, and I quote, “steal their mats if you want”.A super condescending sir, with no worries if the customer is well served. Try to avoid this location if possible.

I had never before been treated so badly when renting a car. I was returning a car after two weeks and taking a different car for another two weeks. One of the employees talked to me multiple times in a terrible tone, ignored things that I asked, kept me waiting for no reason multiple times when I asked for some things, asked me to go to the car and tell him the mileage (isn't that his job?), gave me no report of the damage until I insisted twice, at that point they gave me a paper for me to go walk around the car and document it, is it too much work for them to at least walk around the car with the customer?The first car I rented had a windshield wiper missing, when returning it today another employee accused me of lying in a very passive aggressive way saying did not rain in these two weeks? you did not use it? so strange..."After all this I lost it and raised my voice to the employee that had been treating me so badly

Hassle free rental. No issues during pickup or return, got the receipt for rental only, no additional charges. Friendly and polite staff. Loads of cars available, but many of them have scratches and dents. Make sure you inspect the car properly, take pictures and note everything down on your agreement/rental slip. Rest everything was good, car was in good condition, smooth to drive.No one answers the call at the center which is a pain.

Danielle and Clarissa at this location are both beyond amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They were able to make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.Usually I don’t like return car companies, they are cold, there’s someone from the call center that are never able to help me. But this location beats all my expectations. They are there for me all the time. Hands down the best rental car location ever!

This morning, we went to Avis to rent a car. There was a light flashing, indicating that there was something wrong with the tire pressure. This could be a small problem that can be fixed in time. However, ignoring it may lead to severe accidents, especially on the highway. We mentioned it twice to the representative at the front desk, stating that we were renting the car for two days and would be on the highway. However, she showed ignorance on the issue and told us that it might be an oversensitivity on the sensor.Before we decided to exchange the vehicle, an impatient mechanic used his hand to beat the door, telling us to move the car away. After we told him the reason and issue, he began to satirize. I smiled helplessly to end this meaningless conversation. Then he said, that is a beautiful smile." I felt that it was rude for a minority young female.a. Can your staff guarantee that the tire pressure warning won't lead to any safety issues on highways? If there is no guarantee
