Today, i decided to try Pumpernickel's for lunch and I love this place, super friendly staff, great portion, delicious and everything is made daily, you can taste that it's fresh, and the Salmon was so delicious, made perfectly, nice and moist!! The price is so great as well. I think this is going to be my go to for breakfast/lunch. Come and give it a try!

I worked here. We had lettuce that was molding and I go to throw it in the garbage and I was told I'd be fired if I did so, the manager told me to peel off the outter layers. I peeled off the bad parts and threw it in the garbage. A co worker seen what I had done and took the lettuce out of the garbage and told me I'd be fired, it was a waste of money and I am throwing away too much. She washed it a little and served it to a customer. They also keep already made sandwiches for days, until they get soggy or start molding. I've seen my co workers blow their nose in front of the manager and not wash their hands and serve customers. This place is so nasty and unsanitary.

Thinnest smoked meat sandwich ever! It's now half as thick as it used to be, and more expensive. I ordered a soup and sandwich to go, didn't make it 200 meters when the bag exploded, my soup was all over the floor, but at least I salvaged my anorexic sandwich... Absolute not worth the price. No customer service whatsoever.

Ordered soup here today. They only filled half the container. Still charged the full price of 7$. What a joke !

Ladies working here are very serious and if you ask to put some of the salad little more they strictly say that there will be extra charges. If you want to add protein I was told that she can't put anymore salad as there is no place for protein. Perhaps they should look into increasing the bowl size or reducing the cost.

High quality and delicious food :) I love their plentiful salads, a lot of good options to pick from. Their Salmon is cooked to perfection and is always very delicious. The price of their food is a bit high though. But you can try their lunch specials for $10. Some days they have salad bowl with fish or chicken for $10 which is really good.

Stopped in for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich. Service was great (nice to see genuine smiles) and I’ll make sure to stop by again the next time I visit Toronto.

Pumpernickel's has been my go to lunch (sometimes even breakfast) spot for the past few months. Their chicken avocado sandwich is GOAT. Great staff who genuinely care about your food.

Saw them drop a slice of cheese on the floor, the owner picks it up and place it back for the next order. Kind of really disgusting. I don't recommend eating here, unless you want food poisoning.
