Working with Russ was great! After purchasing a house with a pool and needing to shut it down for the winter, it seemed a daunting task. After calling Russ he showed up the next day and helped walk through the process. He was responsive and reliable and provided a ton of helpful feedback. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

I am so glad that I found Russ when I did to repair our seriously broken Maxx series hot tub. He was able to quickly repair all of the leaks and replace the broken parts to bring our hot tub back to life and save us a trip to the landfill. Very reasonable prices and quick to respond whenever I discovered a new issue with our tub. Would highly recommend to all!

Business models like these - keep people in business!! Old fashioned quality customer service. I made a phone call to ask a question regarding my hot tub being foamy. The guy who I spoke with was super helpful. He answered my question and gave me advice over the phone. I have tried this with other local companies in all other types of business' and usually the customer service is terrible unless they know they are getting money from you. Even then, customer service like this is really hard to find anymore. I believe good service is the number one thing a business can should do to succeed. Personally, I do not need continuing service from this company, but because of the respect and service I was given for a simple question, I will use them in the future and I will go out of my way to tell anyone needing service in regards to pools, spas etc. that this is the company you should use.

Russ provides a top-notch service taking care of my hot tub. He was able to answer questions I had (with follow-up on site), did a major repair for us at a reasonable price and always leaves the hot tub sparkling after his services. Russel is extremely professional and honest. Very easy to work with and helped take care of my hottub needs quickly. It was nice as he also make some good recommendations to help reduce my cleaning and heating costs.
