I have dealt with this location on several occasions. Last time - purchased pair of bar stools last week, unfortunately forgot the name of a lady who was so helpful!I was always happy and helped exactly how I would expect and beyond. Very nice team, very clean and well maintained location.

Been in so many times and I absolutely love how they've renovated the Richmond Hill store. Everyone who works here is always helpful. Today Stephanie went out of her way to bring out a chair still boxed in the back to compare with the floor model for me. Surprised me as I thought there might have been just one opened at the back. Anyways, this is true customer service as I remember back in the day. Thank you. Great products storewide!

I havent been inside bouclair in years. I was pleasantly surprised by their new concept store. Love the smell walking in, this is intentional for sure. Great modern, clean line products. If you haven t been in years also, you should go now.

Very modern design. Items are well stocked. Great store display. I’ve been to this location twice within the same week and that is because of the above and beyond service I received from the sales associate named Stephanie. The store was very busy however, Stephanie took time assisting us with our blinds and curtain purchased. Thank you to Stephanie for making our decor experience a positive one.

Very neat and organized store. Lots of parking space for customers. Bouclair Home has lots of beautiful displays and lovely accessories. I always find something nice and great deals there.

They've updated this Bouclair store to give a more high-end, luxurious feel. Everything looks neat and organized, and there is a good selection of home decor items, including artwork, cushions, etc. It was very cozy feeling (though the scent they use in the store is a bit overwhelming).It is, however, a bit more cluttered, and navigating a shopping cart was nearly impossible. I don't know if it's just the vibe, but I also find the store a little less approachable than in the past as a result of the updated decor (seems less family-friendly). Also, maybe it was just a busy day or something, but the employees didn't seem particularly enthusiastic to greet or help any patrons.

Bought a coffee table online and it arrived defected. A large scratch was found right down the Center of the table top. Went through customer service for a replacement and the second coffee table also had a scratch in the same location. There must be a quality issue with these tables.Wrote an honest review to warn others about the quality of the table but Bouclair would not publish my honest review on their website. Don’t trust the reviews on their website.

My wife and I are preparing our baby room. We came to Bouclair as pricing is very fair and their selection is vast. We didn't think we'd fine a curtain set that would be fit for a toddler's room, but we did. Very happy customer. The installation was very easy. See photos!!

The cashier Marisa was very kind and knowledgeable. She answered my questions regarding an issue I had with my online order with great detail and a smile. Thank you Marisa and thank you Bouclair! I also love the new concept.

This experience was very bad. Canada has such after-sales service and attitude. Bought blinds from the store. Need to cut the size. Everything was fine. Until I took the blinds home to install them. I found out that the blinds were not cut to the size I wanted. It can be said that there was no cut. Perhaps these mistakes are understandable. When I called customer service according to the phone number on the receipt to explain everything. Customer service told me to call the store. Okay. I called the store. The person who answered the phone did not try to understand what I meant at all. Just said there was a problem with the blinds and took them back to the store to be cut. Give her the order number. She said it doesn't work to find out. Everything can not be said over the phone. It's not my fault at all. She did not say a word of apology. My home is an hour away from the store and back. It doesn't matter that I had to pay for the extra gas for their mistake. The main thing is that the after-sales attitude is so bad. I considered returning the blinds but I still had to take them to the store to return them. I do not want to drive over to the end in case the curtains can not be returned. And waste my time and gas. Really confused
