The food was good, Marguerita as a slushie was good but I think they forgot to put more than a drop of booze in it. & our waitress (I think her name is Allie) was awesome. It was my first time. Had the Cobb salad with steak. Yummy but it could be me, but just that & drink came to about $44. Cheaper to just stay home & make it myself!

We had fish tacos and ribs tonight. The food was okay. Not great but not bad either. But the service was exceptional. Our waiter was Chris and he gave us a warm welcome . His upbeat friendliness made our dining experience fun. His genuine smile was infectious and his knowledge of the menu and bar menu was thoroughly helpful.

Amazing place, the decor was on point! As for the food, it was quite underwhelming but still super good. We were expecting a bit more for a Mexican restaurant considering the prices, but oh well. It's definitely a great place to try, but definitely not my go-to Mexican place. Server was nice and the food was delivered quite fast. We went there at 2pm a Saturday and we got our food in less than 15 minutes!

The food is a bit pricey for the serving portions and a bit lacking flavours. The service was decent but we had to wait close to an hour and a half for our food. We did have a larger group so it is understandable but it was still a bit too long.

Food lacks flavour. Had tacos and they were dry and the tortilla was flavourless. Refried beans were soupy and flavourless. The rice was more like a sad fried rice than Mexican style rice. Didn't bother with the purple slaw. Nachos and drinks were good though so I give it 3 stars.

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the food because we ate it all!! First time here today and it was incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. We even spoke with the owner, Barbara, for at least 20 minutes. How often does that happen these days? The best Mexican restaurant we’ve ate at since San Diego! Everything is made in-house, including the guacamole. It was the first visit, definitely not our last!

The vibe of this place is excellent. Take a look at the shots I took! The decor is next level, and later in the night, they had a mariachero playing music, completing the experience impeccably. Good selection of alcohol, and I enjoyed some lovely mezcal. The only issue I had was that they had two options of hot sauces, neither of them were hot enough for my Mexican pallet. I ordered the pineapple pork tacos and honestly wasn't impressed. The pork was said to be marinated in pineapple however it was a bit dry. Meat marinated in pineapple shouldn't be that dry. They were pretty good, but for the price I expect near perfection and with the lack of hot sauce, they didn't hit the spot.We got the Margarita Bulldog and the Frida Kahlo, the Bulldog was sub par. At first it wasn't good at all, but as the beer mingled with the blue curacao it improved ending with a 7.2, while the Frida Kahlo was delicious all the way through! 9.1 for the Kahlo, highly recommended.Overall I had a great time, just wish the tacos and Bulldog were more impressive to match the excellent decor and ambiance.I'll be back!

Good parts: fancy cocktail menu, food is good and fresh and servings are generous (tho I would love a bit larger a larger coleslaw portion) and of course curated Mexican vibe.So-so parts: service is quick (your cocktail is served right away so you have something to enjoy while waiting for the food) and attentive. A bit too attentive. Basically, they want you gone as soon as you seem finished. Which I guess is fair because COVID and stuff but they treat you more like clients not patrons.Bad parts: floors feel sticky (yuck) and bathrooms need some TLC.

What an enjoyable experience! As delicious as the food was, the absolute highlight was the service. From the start, we were greeted by the most lovely hostess. I have never felt so welcomed when walking into a restaurant. We gathered for a dinner for a 3 year old, and she was treated like a superstar from the moment she walked in. The service only improved when Christopher arrived. He was friendly, attentive, and beyond accommodating. We will definitely be going back and asking for Christopher by name! I cannot recommend enough!
