Called them with an emergency service, they promissed to give a call back right away, nothing for 30 minutes, call back again, spoke to some one else, again no response, after a 3rd time we gave up

Am very disgusted with this company and service. I called to make an appointment for someone to come and check out a plumbing issue and was never told of a service fee of $299 just for coming to my home. I told them on the phone I could only pay with credit card and they said they don’t take credit. They threatened to call the police on me for not paying and them doing nothing!

Anthon was really helpful finding out the leak we liked the idea of helping us over the phone but unfortunately my work needed an apliance maintainance
