Worried about visiting this location because of the reviews, I decided to go to Pandora regardless as my gf is a big fan and I wanted to treat her. There was a wait before entering, which isn't pleasant but understandable from a small store in a busy mall.Glad to have had all our questions answered and to find what we were looking for. The only comment I have is to dial it back a bit when trying to upsell your customers and it's unfortunate your prices have gone up.

I visited the Pandora Vaughan Mills location on Friday during my lunch break to buy a birthday gift for my wife. As a newly married couple, I was looking for something special and memorable. I had an amazing experience with Giulia, who took the time to understand my needs, showed me many options, and provided recommendations. Although I came to buy just a bracelet and a couple of charms, I ended up purchasing three times more than what I had originally planned, thanks to Giulia's expertise and guidance.What impressed me the most was the company policy that Giulia informed me about – that I could exchange the bracelet at any location within 30 days if I wasn't satisfied with the size. This gave me peace of mind and made me feel confident in my purchase. I'm highly satisfied with the Vaughan Mills location and great job done by Giulia. The manager on duty, Noor, was also very nice and congratulated me on my wedding, making the experience personalized and special.However, I must mention my terrible experience at the Oshawa Centre location when I went to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. Leanne provided me with terrible service and was unhelpful. It was a complete contrast to the wonderful experience I had at the Vaughan Mills location. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the Vaughan Mills location and commend the excellent service provided by Giulia and Noor.

Was here a few days ago, waited in line for so long just for the manager (I forget his name it started with an N) to roll his eyes at me when I got to the front. I stated I needed a closer look to which he gave me the the rudest look and attitude. Another employee was kind enough to help me thankfully. Management needs to be changed here I feel bad for the employees who need to deal with him.

**UPDATE: After 2 weeks, Pandora did NOTHING to show their effort to improve their own store reputation. This retail store is forever off my list.**This store does not deserve a star at all, just because google doesn't have negative star. Poor customer service, absolutely RUDE manner from the Store Manager. He should be working in the flea market (flea market customer service) not in a retail store. I came to visit on Friday as I need to grab a last minute gift for my friend's birthday and there was a pricing discrepancy between website and in store. When I brought up to the cashier girl, she asked for the Store Manager over. Store Manager is very annoyed for getting called over and said Just say what you want

Very bad & rude customer service at Vaughn mills that my daughter had to deal with, they literally gave her the ring in a white plane paper bag . Then she came back and asked them to put it in a box like it’s supposed to be !!! They did with such an attitude.Apparently they sold her the ring with few scratches on it , thank to Brampton bramelea mall who exchanged it for her the next day .

Very unprofessional!!!! I had a schedule cleaning for 10am. They said it would be an hour. I gave time and returned at 12pm and they still hadn’t touched it. They asked if I could wait another hour! I said I couldn’t as my son was sick, they said fine come back in 20mins. They bracelets and charms were discolored! They said that’s how they get!!!! I spend my money on these bracelets for Pandora employees to destroy them!!!!! Avoid at all cost.

My review is poor because they were not able to help me.I love your jewelry BUT second time now I lost a stone in my ring and I went to the store to get it fixed or replaced and they want a receipt. I don’t have one. So I’m out of luck. This is not acceptable.

This Pandora location is the worst I’ve experienced to date. No one picks up the phone. I went into the store to have my charm bracelet cleaned as that had not been done prior to the pandemic (Pandora halted all cleaning services). I was told cleanings are by appointment only and that I would need to call or come to the store in the new year to book an appointment as they were full. I finally managed to get through today and was told they weren’t doing cleaning. When I pressed the associate further I was told they were doing cleanings but had not yet scheduled them and had a list of people, my name couldn’t be added, I needed to call back next week. I regret the moment I ever purchased this piece of jewelry.

Had a bad experience with them. Just wanted to size down (exchange) a bracelet that I got for my birthday. They refused because it was over 30 days. Original package, receipt, never worn. Manager could have done it, I know because I got customer service on the phone~she just refused. I won’t buy pandora again. Michael Hills is SO much better.
