Walked in here looking for high end furniture to outfit our new home. Two people were sitting behind the counter and ignored us until we asked for help. The brunette that ended up helping us seemed disinterested, kept misunderstanding us, didn’t know what they had and didn’t have, then ended up slowly walking away with nothing resolved. She didn’t ask a single thing about our needs and wants. We have a 6 figure furniture budget and won’t be using it here. Based on this experience, a good place to shop if you want to feel like an inconvenience!

I go here to walk around like I'm going to buy something but really I'm just dreaming. Maybe I'll buy a coffee table book if my stimulus cheque comes in clutch. Make sure you walk on the show carpets though or else you'll look like a pleb.Seriously though, great place, cool staff, and gorgeous classic and contemporary furniture.

We purchased a table back in March with the estimated arrival time being 1-3 months. We specifically made sure about this wait time and went as far as to ask three separate associates for this specific table's wait time. 4 months passes by with no communication at all and when we call, we are informed it's coming soon. Another month passes by with no communication and when we call again was told it would arrive early August. August goes by with no communication and in late September was told only the legs arrived and the table should be here shortly. Another month goes by with no communication and when we call they are unsure what happened. After being told they'll call us right back another week goes by with no communication only for us to call to find out the table is broken and will arrive in February!?!? So a max 3 month wait has turned into a year with zero communication. It's been two weeks since we asked for a refund and they keep telling us we're trying to find out if they can even do that and again this is with zero communication at all. If you ever plan on buying something that's not in the store it's better to just burn your money and time.

It feels more like a museum than a furniture store! Eye candy time! Great staff. But u better have deep pockets. Deeeep. I went in looking for a Cassina LC2chair, and success.......! But 4 months wait......

Great selection of beautiful furniture and home decor items. Big store with everything you need to feather your nest. Lots of staff willing to help you put together your look. Only drawback is the cost: you may need a 2nd mortgage to have the interior design showpiece you desire.

I just purchased the last HM Embody and had an incredible experience talking to Jennifer through the phone, who sold me the chair. It's been a while since I had such a positive customer service experience and she really made a Monday feel like a Friday! Thank you so much Jennifer and I hope I need to buy something from inform interiors again to talk to you sometime in the future!

Absolutely stunning furniture store. Very Museum-esque - the store is extremely spacious, clean, and quiet. Everything iconic in terms of furniture design can be found here: Eames products, Le Corbusier, Knoll, Alessi, and everything in between. The only thing I would say is that the staff here seem...very occupied. On our last visit, I recall only being greeted at the door. On every floor there is a large desk where a few staff sit...seemingly more interested with their computers than with customers. Other than that, Inform is a fantastic store - a visit here is like a visit to the MoMA.
