Came here today with my daughter to get tips and shellac for an upcoming trip. Never would have come here as the reviews are not good but our regular salon (where we had an appointment ) was closed due to snow storm. We really wanted to get our nails done and this was the last day possible before flying so I called Lansdowne Place Nails who took us almost right away.We are both super pleased with the experience. Our nails look great. Same price as our usual place. Will return. Yes, the ladies didn't speak a lot of English and spoke more to each other than us but they were very polite and professional.

Went to the salon and tried to get white, my sister that I was with, her baby started to cry so she rushed mine and only did two coats and you could still see my nail underneath. She didn’t put cream or a hot towel or massage, nothing cause she was rushing. Super mad about it and now I’m going back to get it done for free.

Really nice people, the only thing is that my nails’ colors chipped within first week which is unfortunate because I used to get my shellac done at different place out of town and every time my nails will never chip, lose polish or peel until my nails grew out. With Lansdowne nails most of them chipped within first week

Got my nails done by Eve, French manicure and pedicure shellac, beautifully done. Totally recommend this place although I found it a little pricey for my taste.

Lansdowne Nails and Spa
I used these ladies for years. Spent a lot of money at this place. My last couple set of nails done here have been hideous for the money I paid out. Do not get your nails done by the older lady at table 4. She doesn’t know what she is doing. She rushes, doesn’t know how to shape, doesn’t apply the polish properly. I got black tips on, she did one layer and it’s see through. Not sure what has happened with this place, it’s gone down hill.

Should have looked at the reviews prior to the service as opposed to midway thru. Definitely not a decent pedicure and not worth $36.00. Took all of 15 mins apart from drying. Will not return and would not recommend.

Time to stop going to this nail shop. Every time I go for a mani and pedi which is every month I say this is the last time. Only two of the woman somewhat know what they are doing and I’m finally after many years following through with my thoughts.Sick and tired of expensive inexperienced services. Rudeness and lack of social etiquette are prevalent.

Rude. Spent half the time laughing at my friend and I because we had calluses on our feet. Also, my nail polish wiped off as soon as I left the store due to not being given enough time to dry, but being rushed out of the store after maybe 5 min. Before the business owner responds asking why nothing was said; why would I come back into your business after that terrible service?? I got it fixed much cheaper elsewhere with a very polite nail tech.Save your money, go elsewhere!

Lady at table 4 is terrible. She did the worst job on my friends nails!! Not only that, near the end 2 other ladies came and took over. That's 3 different techniques!! She did tell the women there who appeared to be in charge that she was very unhappy with the outcome. She did not want to listen to what my friend had to say. Just argued with her that she liked them, that there was nothing wrong about them. Meanwhile they're all different shapes and thickness. I would not recommend. Much better nail salons around

I go every 2 weeks. I have sensitive nails from biting for years and the girls are good at managing that.So far they have done acrylics and over lays on my nails in a multitude of patterns and colours with out complaint.They did this beautiful burberry pattern recently which I was amazed by. Below are some examples.
