Very professional and patient . Very transparent about issues and if it was worth my effort to fix ( ie. they sell used computers).Brought in laptop for repair at end of Monday, repairs completed by Wed, ahead of schedule. I went in for a power problem with my six year old Acer Travelmate, which George solved in about four minutes. He then went on to make some suggestions about how I could improve my speed and I took him up on it. Left the computer with him, he said it would take a week due to needing to order parts. He called me exactly a week later to let me know it was ready. My laptop now runs like a swiss watch. Astounding improvement. I highly recommend this business.

Really excellent, very high quality. In addition, the personal service provided by LinkAlone made the experience easy, in a situation where I was stressed, needing the PC rapidly for my work. I am extremely pleased with repairs done on my old PC (several years ago) and with my new PC from LinkAlone. Also, all personal data was protected, even after I forgot several files on my C drive. Turn around was fast and messages rapidly replied to. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, George is very knowledgeable and fair. Booked an appointment for the next day and he was able to assist me with my laptop. Great service. Whether it was installation of hardware or a diagnostic on the issue I was having, LinkAlone did a great job!The gentleman who runs the business is very people friendly and offers his expertise at a fee that is more than fair.He offered me a seat to explain in full detail what the issue was with my computer which was polite yet professional. In addition, he offered options based on what he thought was the best course of action while also taking into consideration my budget.I also picked up the membership LinkAlone offers based on a combination of service and results I received as a client.

After having been a victim of identity theft, my computer was compromised. The owner was not only sympathetic towards my situation but he also went above and beyond to provide me with alternate options, which in most cases vendors try to up-sell you or tell you that a myriad of problems need to be fixed, trying to squeeze $$$$ out of you. He also did a follow-up call with me to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. I was throughly pleased and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest service and salesperson.
