Rob and his team of highly skilled & dedicated workers were able to complete my renovations in a timely manor and far beyond my satisfaction. Chen worked with me to make a custom design for my akwad kitchen set up, everything has a flow to it now. Chelsea, Rob, and Devon were all great to work with over several months as we recovered from a dishwasher flood, and ensuing kitchen remodel. Always responsive over email, Chelsea patiently answered the many questions we had along the way, provided excellent advice, and ensured we were very happy with the final outcome. Pricing was very competitive, and we were never hit with any surprise costs, unlike one of the big box stores that we initially consulted. Excellent experience from start to finish, and we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath World!

Chelsea we love our new countertops and backsplash. ..we were the strange shaped kitchen counter in Paris. Installers were on time, courteous, professional and neat. I would say they are one of the best Kitchen designers in this region. We recently renovated our Kitchen from scratch. They turned our Kitchen fantastically with the modern look.They are organized and well experienced in designing. The quality of the material and the work both are splendid. We were very satisfied in dealing with Chelsea and Kitchen and Bath World for our kitchen remodeling. They delivered on three key elements: product quality, value, and schedule. They showed up on time and completed within 2 days. Chelsea not only sells the product but follows up on site until job completion. Our kitchen turned out very nice!

A week ago we got our bathroom countertops installed. Their prices were very competitive and delivery was as promised. The only issue was it looked like one of the two installers was a little rushing and due to this there was some minor damage to the wall which need to be repaired and repainted. Also since they had to make multiple trips form the upstairs to the truck for various things, it would have been appropriate if they took precautions of protecting the stairs which is not difficult to do. But overall, the job was well done.

The customer service both Chelsea and Devon provided was great. They were very welcoming and took considerable care in showing us the various options available in the showroom to suit our needs. Very happy with our first purchase, we quickly returned to order a second vanity for our family bathroom. The help provided throughout was greatly appeciated. We were fully satisfied with their attention to every detail. We would highly recommend Kitchen Bath World to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom and/or kitchen.
