I'm really shocked by the way I was treated at this London Drugs. I am a first time mother who had coupons for formula that I got mailed from the supplier directly. I had several different coupons for $8 off and $10 off specific products. I made sure to check the fine print and purchase the ones I needed. The cashier had to call a manager over because the coupons were a lot". I was given an initial attitude from the cashier like I had so many coupons it was making her work harder for her. I was treated very rudely by one of the team members working at the insurance counter, I won't be coming back to this store. It was pretty appalling. If someone from London Drugs wants to reach out for more details including the name of the staff member, I'd be happy to share more.. based on what I witnessed, I wasn't the first (and won't be the last) person treated this way by this employee.

While I was walking towards the insurance kiosk, Jill noticed that there was sign that says that the agent will be away for thirty minutes. She then called Parla, who was prompt and kind enough for me to interrupt her break. Overall great service as always!

I bought a birthday gift from the online store. I checked my near by store location which shown that they have it in stock. So I placed the order and also received a confirmation email for this order. Then I waited for the pick up notification email. Everything seems alright at that point. However, after two days I received another email saying that the product is sold out in that location. But the product still shows available in the location I chose when I checked it online again. I called the customer service and also talked to their manager, the only response I got from them basically is asking me to go away. They told me that is not their fault and they can do nothing else. Things like this happened, no one take responsibility and no one wants to solve the situation for their customers. What a good service attitude.

I’m surprised at the low rating. I’ve always found this to be a good London Drugs. I haven’t had a problem yet. Workers are friendly and they have a good selection of treats.

I handed in three disposable cameras to be developed and sent online through email on June 10th and it is now June 24th. The person I spoke to said it would take 3-5 business days. Around 5 days after I handed it in I realized I didn’t get a confirmation email like other times I have developed pictures so I tried calling and was redirected to the wrong department. I came in person to ask if they wrote my email right and it was the same guy who had helped me. He said it was the right email and straight up dismissed me, saying the process is different and that I would get my photos soon. Hopefully I will get my photos but I will never come back to this location again to develop photos.

Staff at this location is pretty, rude and unprofessional. We were there to buy a headphone and some cosmetic items. While I was at the cosmetic aisle, one of their staff ( Indian girl) was standing very next to me like I am gonna steal it. She made me very uncomfortable but I decided not to say anything to her and brought the item ( lipstick) to self check out area and then I noticed there was another employee lady ( pretty mature) watching at me that me again very uncomfortable. I left the store without buying items.Why I would give my business to any store whose staff is being so rude towards me? I would like to know who give these employees this kind of training to make a customer feel very uncomfortable and leave the store with such a negative experience. I was there around 6:00pm on June 17th.
