We dropped in on Monday for about $1000 of decking boards, only to be treated like we were wasting the employees time. No attempt made to assist with our measurements, so we walked out. Drove down the road to a Home Hardware, and received great service, had everything we needed within 10 minutes and got delivery the next day.Will not return to Timbermart for anyreason in future!

This place is so friendly to people and pets! Brought my dog in and everyone was super happy to see him . They also have treats everywhere for the furry friendsGreat people to deal with and great pricing on building materials . I highly recommend taking your business here ( even if it's an extra drive totally worth it)

Stopped today for the first time at the retail building of Taylor Timber mart. Every single person that we interacted with from the team was SO NICE to us and our dogs. Not to mention how helpful everybody was. It was a great positive experience considering that we will be getting supplies for our home renovation. Keep up the great customer service/experience, it does make a difference!!! Thank you all!!
