House O’ Laundry

The worker was extremely rude as soon as we walked in the door. We parked in handicap so me and my HANDICAP friend could unload our laundry and she yelled at us to move our car. I explained to her my friends handicap and that we were only parking here to unload and she was still very rude and adamant about us moving EVEN THOUGH my elder friend was walking in with her cane. Then throughout our time here, she nit picks with my kids, I could understand if they were screaming and yelling and throwing things but they weren’t. They were playing by themselves not in anyones way. If you don’t want families here to do laundry then I suggest putting a sign on the door that kids aren’t allowed. And as for handicaps not allowed to park in handicap, that just makes no sense. My first time here and it will definitely be my last. I’ll continue to go to Top Shelf where the employees treat me well and the establishment is all around cleaner and family friendly.Rude lady: older, gray hair, grumpy face.

Employee extremely rude. I walked in to place a flyer and then start my laundry. She came out and said what can i help you with. i said I'm going to put up a flyer before i get started she responded nastily that has to be approved by management. i said okay no problem where is management? She rolled her eyes and said they are not here. I took a step back and asked what's the problem? why are you speaking to me like that? im not being rude at all im just asking a question. she responded i don't have an attitude im done talking to you. She turned around started walking away and waived me off. Im completely disgusted. Ive never been treated like this before.

Absolutely the worst the older lady is a huge issue! I've never had issues but when she is in there, they should really consider replacing her. And last time I checked this is America where you can choose for yourself, she wouldn't let me do my own laundry unless masked the fact that this laundry mat denies business over this is pathetic and they absolutely will NOT get my business!!! And after reading these reviews this business should actually take a look at them sounds like everyone is having the same issues with the same lady so sad do better!

Nice machines; bit more expensive than RJ’s washroom and has less washers than RJ’s as well. Would definitely come to use machines again

Today the lady who works there called the police for some Hispanics who were not doing anything, they were just waiting to dry their clothes and claiming that they were about to close and that she was afraid to stay with them when they were not like that, that is discrimination because of it closes at 8:00 and that happened at 6:45

This is my usual place to go because its quick and cheaper than most places. But today was NOT ok. There was a man with a disability not sure if it was a friend or son of the employee working there. But this man kept coming over standing over my 2 year old i told him many times it was not ok. The final straw is when he picked up her name and started to call her over to him. When I brought this to the attention of the employee who knew him well. She blew it off like it was nothing and said it was fine. This is NOT fine A grown man is not to call a 2 year old little girl over to him. Nothing to justify this. I hope this reaches the owner as well

Worst laundry service ever. My clothes looked better going in then coming out. My expensive shirts were shrunk and put on a hanger the way they came out of the dryer.

Very clean, Cindy is great with the public. Kind and helpful and always working hard.
