My Audi A4 was due for a service and Lucas Automotive came in highly recommended from several people. Matt and George was incredibly helpful and made sure to check every issue I mentioned along with their major service.Driving the car back home was like driving brand new. All repair repair recommendations were insightful and gave plenty of advise on each matter.If you are looking for an honest and reliable service you have to take car to Lucas.Highly recommend it!

Honesty, integrity and professionalism define Lucas Automotive. They’re absolutely amazing. This is the only shop I’ve ever been to where I have peace-of-mind when I’m dropping off my cars. It’s the only place that I take any my cars no matter the size of the issue. Servicing my cars at Lucas Automotive was the best decision I’ve ever made. Although I’ve moved further away from their location, I make the longer trip to their shop because I refuse to take my cars anywhere else. I trust George and his team 110%

I had brought my 1992 Lexus SC400 to two other shops, one who had it for 14 days and gave it back to me claiming it was repaired, only to have it die in the middle of driving. Last ditch effort brought it here, and wow, what a difference in service. Everyone at Lucas is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept up with me, giving me updates, gave me a great price and fixed my car when I thought it'd be dead forever.Definitely the best auto shop in the east end if not the city. Fantastic service, great price, great staff, great work. Would recommend them to anybody I know.

Lucas Automotive is absolutely the best in the business, bar none. I have been dealing with Greg for over twenty five years and he, George, and the entire staff never fail to impress me with their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and consideration for the customer, from both an economic and safety perspective. As an example, I had an issue pop up with the car yesterday morning, and in spite of being busy, they told me to bring it right over and I was fixed and on my way in less than an hour.I moved out of the area years ago but still would never think of taking my vehicles anywhere else.Thanks Greg and Team!

Best Auto Repair shop in town. Greg, George, Matt, and the whole team are professional and friendly. Audi couldn't fix my issue, but here at Lucas, they diagnosed the matter in one test drive and fixed it right away. Amazing experience. Will come here from now on.

My wife and I have been going to Greg for over 20 years and we would not think of going anywhere else. His son George has joined him and the two are absolutely fantastic to deal with. They tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait and have even directed us back to a dealer saying it maybe under warranty and could be done for free not even thinking of their bottom line. I know nothing about cars so I need someone I can trust to be honest with me and these two guys are. I wholeheartedly recommend Lucas Automotive for all car repairs. I apologize for writing this review now. I had work done by Lucas Automotive Services back in August 2022. I've been to many garages to fix a Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) on my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SE and Lucas Automotive was the only place that was able to figure out how to fix the problem. George took the lead on this and followed through on helping me get this fixed. For the last 10 months, I have enjoyed driving my car because of the great work they did. Thank you so much! I have a new auto service technician to go to.

George, Greg and the team always find and fix the issue quickly. They will give you an honest review of what you need to fix and what is optional, and the price they quote is always what it is; no hidden big additional costs when the repair is complete. Great family run shop with fair prices that have been a staple in the community for decades!
