He was our mediator. Made a huge mistake. It was noticed by both my client and I, we brought it to his attention. He defended his mistake. Keep in mind that you cannot sue a mediator. If you are a lawyer going to him for mediation be very careful, because at the end you would be the one who gets sued.

Wasted a lot of money with Siegel only to find out that he had given me completely false information. Had to hire a different lawyer for a second opinion when he refused to clarify his words in writing. Would not recommend.Update: Thanks for your non-response response. You looked at the contract in full and there was no excuse for the complete utter garbage and false information provided. I’ll defer to you to share if it was out of incompetency or dishonesty? Considering what I know now about your “friend” that recommended you, I have my answer. Must have been a slow day and you needed my consultation fee to justify your time in the office. Beware.

Brahm is an excellent family lawyer. He was referred to me by my business lawyer. He focuses on the facts and being efficient. He's also practical and has great advise.I was able to get 50/50 parenting schedule for my 3 kids without going to court. Ken Nathens a horrible lawyer. When you speak to him about your file he has no clue whats going on. He seems to pre occupied with everything but his job. He was directed to launch a motion on my behalf and over a month later and a number of emails to prove he completely did the opposite. I ended up getting served when I was supposed to file first. He then screams and swears at me. Very unprofessional and a complete let down. There are alot better lawyers that don't think there brmettter then you and actually pay attention and do there job on time.
