Mike and Lisa were absolutely wonderful to deal with. We bought our softener system from another vendor who promised lifetime free service, but has since gone out of business. When it developed a fault, Mike came over and got it fixed for us at no charge. He then made follow-up visits to investigate and fix another smaller fault - again at no charge. All the while displaying absolute professionalism. Thank you.

Mike / Purisoft was so easy to work with to get my water softener and a few extra items. Plus all of the extra knowledge Mike provided that you can't put a price on. I've had other water softeners and never got advice other then the basic, so it surely a nice extra to receive. Mike goes over and above for his customers. Very excellent and outstanding service. The installation was efficient and well communicated. Mike did an awesome job to make sure our water softener and third line of water is properly installed. If we were to get a new home again and needs to have the service installed, I would definitely get their service again. Highly recommended!

We came back to a flooded basement after the fibreglass resin container inside our old water softener exploded. A very nasty surprise! After calling various suppliers, we decided to go with Mike at Purisoft. The service was excellent. He installed a new unit, with separate resin tank and salt containers, and even took away our broken unit at no extra charge. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Went above and beyond my expectations. I have a unique family situation in my home, and Mike (who installed our new water softener today) worked around the obstacles better than anyone we've hired in the past to do work in our home, and left our place as clean as it was before he came. My old water softener broke down on the weekend and didn't want to turn off. I did some research online to find a replacement and I read good reviews about Purisoft and Mike the Owner. I sent him an email and within an hour I got a phone call! We chatted about my situation and Mike came and replaced my old unit the next day. Great service!

When i first contacted Purisoft I spoke with Mike and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our specific water issues and presented cost-effective solutions to address them. He made no attempt to up sell unnecessary equipment, in fact he told me I didn't need a more expensive unit when I requested it. I had several calls with Mike and asked many questions (he is a chemical engineer), all of which he patiently addressed. As part of my due diligence I asked for a number of references, who all had similar positive experiences, as well as requested quotes from a number of other companies. I was shocked at the price difference (Culligan was asking $6000 for more or less the exact same solution). Purisoft was considerably lower - which isn't necessarily always a good thing. After inquiring with each company further, Purisoft (Mike) was the only one who was able to justify the cost and the value of their services. Installation was done quickly and without incident. A few days later, it was almost 9pm when I called Mike and asked him to come back to check on something - he was at my house in 30 minutes and addressed my concern right away. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Overall, Purisoft was helpful, honest, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Purisoft to anyone who needs a new softener or water treatment system. Thanks Mike!

My boyfriend and I are new to the Waterloo area, and it is always nerve-wracking hiring someone from a company you don't know. Both Lisa and Mike were extremely helpful, and made the process easy, fast and we trusted their service! Our new water softener was up in a couple of hours and Mike provided a ton of great information as well!

On the day of install he was on time, informative, and amiable. These guys know their stuff and are dedicated and honest.
