Mohd just finished an interior project for my wife and I - removing a wall and refinishing so that we can install an Ikea PAX system. Mohd did a great job, communicated well, and finished on schedule. I would recommend NGCS for your interior projects!

Most door installers and construction companies will offer to break the bank without hesitation, Mohd provides good value with less downtime required ahead of completing the work.

This contractor was above and beyond my expectations. Highly professional, kept me in the loop as the work progressed and understood how I envisioned the rearranging of the deck stairs and did a beautiful job. I would recommend him and would use his services again.

Mohd is a highly skilled and professional handyman. He installed new door lock hardware, mounted a tv and removed some built-in shelves/mantle.The shelf/mantle removal also needed drywall repair, painting and some finishing. He communicated thoroughly throughout and the finished wall and trim looks fantastic!For the other projects, Mohd was also skilled and precise, making sure everything was in top working condition, level/square and he clearly reviewed the functionality of everything.I had hired him for another project but he discovered part-way into the work that it was not feasible (oops, that’s load-bearing!). He discussed the findings thoroughly and then returned the space to its original condition (actually, I think it’s better than how he found it).I look forward to hiring Mohd for more projects in the future.

Mohd. is highly professional, very efficient and easy to communicate with. We had both our decks, front porch and external stairs pressure washed and stained. We even had a new side door built and Mohd. did an excellent job to 100% perfection. Mohd did a great job on repairing my deck.So professional and on time.My deck was a mess. He replaced the damaged boards. Pressured water, sanded and stained the whole deck.Highly recommended.

Mohd did a really wonderful job for us. He installed a new ground-level deck and changed our basement flooring from carpet to vinyl. He was quick with his quotes and clarified all our doubts, also helped with material selection for the flooring.Mohd is efficient with both time and material.
