Had an amazing time living here. What can I say the View is spectacular. From the high level to West Ed. Storm watching galor and Sunset heaven. Peace of mind secure entry and underground parking. Walking paths of Victoria Park right on your doorstep. The staff are very pleasant and always happy to help. Definitely will miss living here.

They told us this is a non-smoking building, but we always suffer from the strong smell of cannabis and cigarettes. The managers also deny the issues and even do not try to solve the problems.

I lived here for over two years and loved my experience living here. The location is convenient and easily accessible, not to mention the beautiful view of the river valley. Perfect for anyone that wants to take advantage of the cycling paths or exploring the downtown scene. Shaunalee and Larry, among the other staff at Edgehill were wonderful! It was so nice having them nearby if any assistance or concerns arose and they added a lot to the community of the building. Would recommend living here without hesitation.

I've lived here for 1 year, and I could not be happier while I've been living here. Fantastic maintenance, so the building is always clean. There is even a garbage chute on each floor, but I haven't smelled a bad odour from the garbage room ever. Always warm and cosy in winter, and since my unit is on the 15th floor, summer is not quite hot with natural wind from outside. If I didn't get a new job and have to move to another place, I would live here without any worries or complaints.

Management staff were very friendly in showing the available units and proceeding to a lease contract. When me and my husband decided to move in immediately, we requested for some repairs and it was done promptly. Also, the unit was cleaned very well with waxed floor and newly painted balcony before the move in date. So far, we really love this place! Quiet neighbourhood close to the park and well maintained building.

Everyone who works here are absolutely amazing and helpful. People here are so friendly. When we applied for this apartment, it went so smoothly and efficiently. We got to move in right away. They were so accommodating during the entire application process. The landlord still let us use the elevator even though we were 5 hours or so behind from our original moving in appointment. I love living here so far and I enjoy being close to everywhere. I also feel safe walking around the neighbourhood even at nighttime.

My husband and I have been living at Edgehill for 8 months and we have had a great experience! Any maintenance issues are promptly resolved, someone always answers the phone when I call. It's clean, safe and quite. I've interacted with several staff; they are always polite, respectful and warm. We're really grateful to be in such a great building and in an awesome location!

I've lived here for 2 years - convenient location, right next to the river valley, good security, no issue with sketchy people hanging around (I've never actually seen anyone like that in the building), etc. The common areas are very frequently cleaned - I think the lobby is mopped at least once daily in winter, and the corridors are vacuumed at least once per week (maybe more when I'm at work). When I moved in, the appliances were new, too! I had specifically looked for an apartment with plenty of windows and light, and that's exactly what I got. As a bonus, the cement structure of the building makes for excellent noise buffering, so besides the faint sound of my upstairs neighbours celebrating a hockey goal on the TV, I don't actually hear my neighbours unless they're in the corridors! When I've visited wooden-based apartments, I was horrified at how easily my friends could hear their neighbours, so I'm grateful to not have that issue.My apartment got a bit cold the first winter (which I guess does happen when you rent an apartment with 1/4 of the wall space being glass windows!), and when I told the landlords they immediately gave me two portable heaters that totally solved the issue. They also added insulation around areas of the furnace pipes that were drafty. I used some weather sealing tape at the window edges to reduce any remaining drafts.I've had a couple of issues over the years (including plumbing once) and both times, the on-site landlords have dealt with it straight away and the issue was completely and permanently resolved (thanks!). I've smelled cannabis smoke from a neighbour's apartment, but it's a non-smoking building and the landlords do take any complaints seriously - in my case I haven't smelled it again indoors for at least a year now on my floor.The building has been getting some upgrades over the years - first some necessary work to keep the building in good working order, and then some work to improve the elevators so they're pretty fancy now (the old ones were dark and didn't smell great). It's comforting to know that the building is truly being maintained for safety, and the building upgrades really do look fancier (and more functional). Sometimes there are some small social events, too - not the gimmicky and undoubtedly expensive ones like a different rental company in town tends to do, but some simple and cost-effective ones that actually help you to meet your neighbours (e.g. a BBQ)

We did not end up renting with Edgehill but were so impressed by the WONDERFUL customer service we received. Consider renting here as the facility at Edgehill is very nice and the management is friendly:) thanks for showing us around the other week! Especially to Tammy!

Too cold inside the unit. We can easily feel the the cold airflow from outside to inside. We contacted the manager, he provided us the heater and insulator for the windows!!!!!!!!Adding thermal insulator means you don’t have access to fresh air anymore in the good weather condition. Adding heater, means you have to pay for the heating while the heating should be included in the rent.All the windows have serious problems.There are other major problems as well but our main concern is that we are freezing and nobody is responsible for that!!!!!!You can smell Cannabis everywhere, in your bathroom, corridor, and elevator. IT IS A DISASTER. Do not even think about this building. The worst ever building and management I have ever experienced.
