Excellent service! A few years back they made me a nice cross with 4 inlaid diamonds, (out of used gold rings we had kicking around) and in March 2020 they resized my wedding ring and polished it up to boot! Very knowledgeable friendly and professional staff. The best part, affordable! Thank you Goldsmith Shop in Chilliwack. We'll be back!!! :)

We highly recommend The Goldsmith Shoppe as they have gone well beyond our expectations to fix an extremely disappointing situation with a custom ring build we had done by another jeweller. Katie initially quoted us to repair both rings to an acceptable standard but ended up having to replace them entirely due to the extremely poor workmanship and quality of the gold used by the other jeweller. This was done at no extra cost to us above the initial quote, and we now have two high quality and professionally built rings that we are very proud to wear! We will be sure to recommend The Goldsmith Shoppe to all our family and friends! We would give them 6 out of 5 if we could!

So incredibly happy with my custom wedding ring! The craftsmanship put into the band is incredible. They precisely matched a wedding band to my engagement ring, (which is a very old family heirloom) matching the width and karat, all for a very respectable price. We are so incredibly happy with the friendly service and helpfulness at The Goldsmith Shoppe!

After having to surgically remove a wedding ring, The Goldsmith Shoppe was able to repair and renew the ring to look seamless. The rates were very fair and the timeline pretty fast considering what the ring looked like when it was brought in. Thank you for doing such excellent work!!!

I dropped my wedding ring off on a Saturday morning to get resized - I had an absolutely pleasant interaction with the lady behind the counter. She said it would take two weeks, which I was completely fine with! Well, four days later, on a Wednesday, she calls me and says it’s ready for pick up! I am so impressed! Great customer service!

The Goldsmith Shoppe is the best jewelry store I have EVER came across. They are so TRUSTWORTHY and fair. I have had them make me jewelry and repair other stuff.I have had other high end jewerly stores try to switch my 2 carat diamond. These 3 people are extremely honest, and the jewelry they make is one of a kind, and you won't see all these other people wearing the same thing. Alot of other jewelry stores use inferior grade of diamonds, not these guys. I can't say enough, i love these people. Stop by take a look, Anna or Ross or Katie would be more than happy to show you their creations. I sound like an ad, but am so happy i have a jeweler I can trust.
