We travelled from Australia to renovate our property at Sunpeaks BC. A&T guided us through the local, state and federal rules so that we could undertake the renovation with peace of mind ensuring we abided by the various standards and rules. They were professional and open about costs and timeframes. Their staff and the contractors they employed were approachable and open to discussing and educating us in how to approach the various ideas for the renovation. We would highly recommend this company.

We just finished building our home with A & T Developments. A & T built our last home as well. We had yet another fantastic experience with Jeff and his team. Our project manager, Michelle, was super on top of all the trades and very communicative with us throughout the process. Any questions or emails were responded to promptly. Our site manager, Phil, was amazing! He was very patient with our sudden changes and was also very prompt at responding to any texts and emails. A & T builds quality homes using quality trades! A complex multi stakeholder redesign and renovation was made a dream by Michelle and her team at A&T Developments! At the Royal Inland Hospital we have a lot going on, and have formed a great relationship with A & T. We rely heavily on Michelle Anderson and Jason Brown to bring in trades that are competent and work above and beyond to support the clients needs. No job is too big or too small. We hired A&T to do a major renovation at our office 16 years ago. Since then, we’ve had the occasion to hire builders for numerous other projects, including to build our family home and a brand new office space. A & T Project Developments Inc has continued to be a generous community partner towards the Kamloops & District BC SPCA. They brought our new centre and spay and neuter clinic to life and have supported us in our fundraising efforts to continue providing compassionate care to the stray, abused and abandoned animals in our community.
