I have this jacket which is 21 years old , it came out like brand new, I asked the lady working today if I could take some photos for google but she was very hesitant because this place looks more like a spa than a tailor - dry cleaners, anyways I'm very happy with the service an the final outcome in regards to my jacket, thanks a bunch !!

Mislabeled my $1300 jacket with someone else’s name and info!!!I dropped off two jackets on November 12th received amazing customer service at this point by what I would assume is the owner and a younger counter attendant. One jacket my wife’s to repair and the other my Canada Goose jacket for dry cleaning. I got an email on Tuesday the 15th informing me the jackets were ready. I arrived at the shop Wednesday the 16th shortly after 10 am to an older counter attendant who brought out the jacket that needed repairs but not my goose staring “it’s not there”. Upon going back to look twice she then asked me to check the back myself! There I could see my jacket clear as day but not with my original receipt on top, it had someone else’s name on there with my receipt below it . Although the repair and cleaning were done well unfortunately I would not recommend this store to anyone as they are careless when it comes to others belongings. My initial thoughts were what would happen if the other name arrived to pickup their items and took my jacket. Would they take responsibility or just shrug their shoulders and consider it a loss for me.Shortly after I called the store asking if the owner was in today, the older attendant I had just spoken in person answered the phone and said she was not in and claimed she had no idea when she would be in the store. I pride myself in creating honest reviews and unfortunately a simple “oh sorry” was not sufficient when someone is handling expensive items especially when I’m paying full price for a service. Long story short if you care about your items this is NOT the dry cleaner for you!!!Daniel

Just amazing! I had my wedding suit and dress shirt altered as everything was off the rack and im extreamly tiny. They took a garmet that was way to big and made it made to measure. I highlyyy reccomend anyone who needs allterations done to head there way. You will not be disapointed. Great service, great price, friendly staff.

Really very impressed on how good the seamstress is! I brought in a quite complicated custom jacket for her to do and customize and she did a really remarkable job! Highly recommend this Taylor shop!

My first experience here was great! But the second, and third time around it was not so great.I had taken two items- I needed a zipper fixed on a pair of dress pants that I also needed dry cleaned, as well as a pair of jeans that needed some stain removal. Five days go by and they were ready. I picked them up. Excited, I get home and examine the pants to find what I counted in the end 10-14 stains still there. Most dryer cleaner places in the past have at least notified me before I paid for the clothing that there is still stains. In addition why would I pay for a zipper to be fixed on a pair of pants they can not get the stains out. I don’t know anybody who would. Clearly I will not be wearing stained white dress pants.Further more I emailed them, and brought them back in for another attempt at stain removal. It was the worst customer service experience of my life, with whom I will assume is the owner. I was very uncomfortable. She was aggressive, mean, and demanding about me placing the stickers on the stains of the clothing. Clearly mad there I was finding more stains then I originally did at home.A few days go by and I pick them up again, not notified they are still stained. I will never be back.The passive aggressive response to my one star review really shows how bright the owner is.
