Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Thornhill

I visited the spa yesterday afternoon. I received an excellent massage from Wilfred. He addressed all of my health concerns and checked in about how I was feeling regularly. The receptionist was very professional. The spa itself is needing upgrades. The furniture is worn and the reception area is looking old. The people would get a five out of five and the environment would get a three

After a pleasant and welcoming greeting from Cooper at the front desk, I spent a most calming and stress-relieving hour at Hand and Stone My thanks to Jennifer, the Massage Therapist par excellence... I was able to relax while she eased the knots and tightness around my neck and shoulders with a firm yet gentle touch. I will be back for more o be sure!

I have been seeing Liza for years. From day one, she has been fantastic! Nobody else I would rather have massage me. She is great at her job and a lovely person.

Overall a good place for massage therapy, but you need to be selective with the therapist depending on what you're looking for. Make sure to ask the front desk which therapist is most appropriate for your needs because they tend to know the strengths of each therapist. Not all of the therapists are good at deep tissue so make sure to ask for that specifically if that's what you're looking for May require some trial and error.

So unprofessional. I bought a 2 for 1 deal back in November, I got my “free massage” In May and they charged me forgetting to tell me that the massage expired April 31st. I’ve called three times asking for a receipt from said massage and every time I’m told it’s going to be sent, it never has been sent. Beyond frustrating.

ABSOLUTELY frustrated experience! Yesterday I booked an appointment for today’s massage. That’s my Anniversary Birthday Party, that’s I couple times mentioned to the receptionist, she told me that, for sure, the next day I can come at 9am and enjoy the therapy. But when I came today, another receptionist told me that she booked me for the next Monday! That's ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! They ruined my schedule and Birthday Party mood starting from morning, they even not make an offer for some discount for the reschedule the procedure, they just offered to reschedule for another time and offered another location a bit far from. Never will forget about that FRUSTRATION EXPERIENCE, with that guys! How will you feel your self guys, if someone will do that on your Anniversary?!

The therapist Liza is an amazing person.She has golden hands while working in detail on your issue sports.She is kind and good listener. Her massages helped me on my neck and back pain. I am really grateful of Liza. I recommend her everyone.

I’ve gone a couple of times now and they provided really great service. I booked my massages over the phone with a super friendly woman named Jenna. She was very accommodating. The facility is super clean and the massages I have received from numerous therapists have all been amazing!

Had the best massage ever. Liza is amazing highly recommend her to take all your stress away. Will never book with anyone else.
