Called to speak with a real person and after 5 minutes with a robot got hung up on. They do not want to speak to you over the phone! The website is useless for what I needed and still could not talk to a person! No customer service what so ever!

The manager and his assistant have a false sense of power. They are not there to help. But for Matt and another older teller it’s not worth it going to this branch. Very unfortunate that Steeple Hill branch has closed.

Wow this bank gets a 10 for handling of social distancing and Co-vid protocols. Their is pexi-glass all over which I approve. Staff were helpful and my slight problem was taken care of.

Service reps don’t like to use please. Happened many times with many reps. Does go with RBC vibe. Customer service definitely need to be improved compare to other locations.

I moved from TD to RBC due to the iPad deal. I originally went to the RBC Kingston location but it closed and combined staff at the Liverpool location.Since then, I have to wait a minimum of 15-30 minutes every time to get something done. It isn’t the tellers but RBCs geo branch team should be able to see the traffic in the back end and recognize more staff are needed.

TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE.This is not a safe branch. Please don't ever send anyone young to this branch. They will take you in the little office room and basically belittle you, BULLY YOU.My 18 yr old sister visited this branch to open a RESP account. The financial advisor discriminated, belittled, and stigmatized her. The FA continuously asked, why would your parents not open this for you? they should have came to the bank and talk. Parents give birth to children, they care for them, come to the bank right away, and open an RESP. Why didn't yours? Then the FA continuously made discriminating comments at her. HORRIBLE BRANCH.

I had the worst experience dealing with the investment advisor Jane Robson. She was very rude and kept on interrupting me and was not ready to listen. She also made a very rude comment which had a racial undercurrent. I am hoping RBC listens to the call and takes corrective action. I am definitely not going back to that branch again

Worst customer service, my girlfriend went to this branch to remove credit card collateral, a straightforward request. The account manager needs to contact our home branch in BC and ask them to remove it. We waited for three days, and the account manager called us and asked us to call telephone banking by ourselves. We called RBC telephone banking and transferred to different departments, and everyone told us the same thing, you need to go to a branch close to you. The simple request is still not solved today. If you value your money, go to other banks.
