Claireport Place Banquet & Convention Centre

We had our wedding reception here and it was amazing! Loved Jey uncle and his team, he worked with us to fit our budget and get all the things we wanted along with helping us plan our itinerary. Yummy food and great presentation. Everything went smoothly and they were always around for any questions throughout the event. Highly recommend going here!!

We hosted our 4th annual gala called Ignite a Life" for the second time at Claireport Place on December 15th. Mother nature did bring lots of snow but that didn't affect even 1% of how we wanted our event to be held. Claireport staff went above and beyond to ensure all was in order. My husband and I got married two weeks ago and had our wedding reception at Claireport Place, and it was the best day/night ever! Beautiful venue, great food, and exceptional service. From the beginning to end Jey was a pleasure to work with. He’s professional, friendly, accommodating, and just awesome! He made it work with our budget and provided extra features and services at no additional cost. We had a sit-down service for dinner and buffet style for the late-night snacks. The food was amazing, and the show they did when they opened for the buffet was so fun to watch. I also want to mention how my husband lost one of the cards given to him by a friend, with cash money inside, but a staff found it on the floor somewhere and returned it to us. We really appreciate that! Also shoutout to the bartender who had to put up with our alcohol-lover friends lol. Thank you so much Jey for all your help and for all the time you met with us, answered our phone calls and questions. Thank you to all the staff of Claireport Place for making our wedding day extra special. I highly recommend this place and would love to host another event here in the future!

Jey and the Claireport staff did an amazing job for my baby naming/ wedding reception. The food was amazing, all my guests can't stop talking about it. As well his venue comes with so many added features that once you book your event here you don't need to worry about anything else ( decor, etc...). I will definitely be recommending family and friends to this banquet hall.

I had my wedding here a little over a week ago and they made sure everything was perfect. They were so well organized which all of our friends and family members were praising. Even during the day of the wedding as I was running around Jeya personally made sure I had a slice of cake which I'm thankful for. The food was amazing as well and they take some beautiful photos as well!

I had an amazing experience having my wedding event at Claireport. The staff is amazing, and Jay is the best. They communicated with me throughout the process. I planned the event from California, but the communication was always strong. The Convention Centre is beautiful, everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend going with Claireport Place for your event.02-28-23I just wanted to add onto this review. I was going through my wedding videos and photographs, and I felt like I wanted to share some of the moments. Especially, the moment I got surprised with an amazing performance from the staff. I remember that day being very stressful for me, because weddings in general is very stressful. But, in that moment I felt like a little kid getting surprised. I wanted to thank Jay for planning that.

I am not sure where to start with Claireport. We recently had our wedding here and everything from the staff to the owner (Jay) was amazing. I can't tell you how many people were coming to me after the wedding telling me just how much they enjoyed the venue and the food.The hall itself is quite big, we were able to have 400 guest easily sitting with a lot of room for everyone. The dance floor was nice and huge and Jay had covered a lot of the decor which made our life that much easier. He also included the dry ice for our first dance which was a nice touch. Each table was also set up just has we had envisioned.The food from Claireport deserves a paragraph by itself. Some venues we had visited had the Buffet set up at the reception/ entrance section, however Claireport was big enough to have a separate area just for the Buffet. Not only that but Jay and his staff does a whole show before the buffet gets open. The food itself is quite amazing, has mentioned before we had a lot of guest come and say just how amazing it was.All in all our wedding day was perfect and a lot had to do with the venue we chose to have it in. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a buffet style wedding to consider Claireport. I myself am looking forward to the next time I am invited has a guest to this beautiful venue.

Where do I even start, working with Claireport for my wedding was a dream. Jay and his team went out of their way to make the whole process seamless. From food, the decor, sound, they take care of everything. They took all the stress out of our hands during our wedding reception, all we had to do was to show up and everything was set up perfectly.The food was amazing all our guest had only great things to say about the food . We were so impressed with their services that my sister booked the venue for her reception as well which went beyond perfect too! Thank you Claireport for making our special day extra special!

Such professionalism, understanding, so accommodating, the attention to detail everything was unmatched! The hall grounds are immaculate! So clean and inviting, every part of the hall can be used to take pictures.Jay, the fact that you yourself are present on the day of to make sure everything goes smoothly is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! I had 500 guests and everyone said the food and buffet experience was fabulous! The ambiance, the lighting, the staff everything was on point! I couldn’t have picked a better venue and I am so thankful for you and the whole Claireport Team!God bless you all!

My wife and I had a once in a life time experience of having our wedding ceremony at Claireport. Jey and the team did an excellent job at making sure everything ran smoothly and that we all had a great time.Special thanks to the workers who found and returned an envelope with $3000 cash payment that a vendor had left behind by accident.We really cannot say thank you enough for everything, we are so grateful and will remember this forever!
