Best Service and very friendly staff!

I was so surprised to see a one star rating for this company. We just had a patio door and window installed at our cottage. Great service, friendly and efficient. They did a meticulous job installing the door and window and cleaned up before they left. They even came back to fix the outside of the window because they weren’t happy with the way it looked. I highly recommend Mike and his team - Jeff and Chad.

We hired MPT to replace all 8 windows facing the river as the frames had rotted out over the years. Mike and Jeff were professional, they came as indicated and the installation was beautifully done with great attention to details. They cleaned up the inside and the outside of the house everyday and took away all of the old frames and debris. The price was as quoted and the time was as estimated. I would highly recommend them.

I had a PEI Energy Efficiency approved contractor remove every window and re-install everything after a year of constant leakage. This was a long process to be approved to fix the damage done by MPT.But it’s fixed now.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life, zero customer service. I will be sure to let all my friends know about my poor experience with MPT.
