This spa was able to accommodate my fiancé and I last minute at their Blackstone Mountain Lodge location. Mark was my therapist and he did an amazing job; he inquired as to some problematic areas, but he was trained well enough he was able to discover the areas that needed work the most. Hiking in Canada is no joke, so a spa day is well needed and I highly recommend Mark's services.

Had a couples massage at the Blackstone location, Gene and Mark were great! Definitely listened to what we were hoping for. I think the pressure would be a little too much for some, but it was what we asked for. We both felt much better after, and really enjoyed ourselves. Would be back!

Incredible service and attention to detail.I went in for a facial today and the owner, Gene, went above and beyond catering to all my skin care needs. I feel amazing!After my service Lacy, who works the front desk, and Gene helped me find products to purchase and hooked me up with samples to try at home in order for me to reach my skin care goals.Would definitely refer my friends and family to come here for a day of relaxation and some much needed pampering.Great team, great service and can’t wait to go back! Thank you guys so much!

Jeni is phenomenal!I had an hour massage and an hour facial. My brain fully stopped working as soon as she started the treatment. It was absolute magic from start to finish. I would I could book another massage tomorrow, but I'm leaving in the morning.
